I’m on 888pokerr Ontario and wondering if any other players are going through the hell I’ve been for over 3 weeks now. My account was falsely accused for intentionally losing hands to another player who they have provided the username. I have all the hand history and have sent it to the operation team with a complete breakdown of why there accusations is false. All my hands I played were high calibre after the flop that was either nuts or close to nuts. The accused player was a donk, on tilt or either intoxicated! And I’m being punished for simply winning against him, when there were also multiple players on the table.

I continue to receive the same generic email that they’re investigating the matter when it took me over a hour to clearly see whatever there system picked up that I was doing something illegal was false!
I’m wondering if anyone else has been falsely accused and there funds stolen by 888poker with something similar? I’m this close to filing a civil lawsuit as they have stolen over $3000 of my hard earned money and continue to drag on a matter that is clear as day is not true!

Please let me know if you have also experienced this on 888 poker, especially if you’re in Ontario

I thought it's a great idea to write here since you may can move forward a ticket I won to actually receiving it. This would be my first ticket win, so that's why I rather choose to going after it, cause if it turned out that I'm not able to take down them, I won't put more effort into hunting them in the future - which is understandable.

Unfortunately I did not get an e-mail about getting the ticket or that I'm ineligible. And it's 19 days passed by. I also ask your Twitter Team 3 days ago what's the next step to move forward, or please give me some information about why this could happen, but have not recieved an answer yet, although they were active on the Twitter. As maybe my whisper is in a long que or forgotten, I'm asking you that can you help me what to do?

Obviously I'm waiting in the main time to the Twitter team, maybe they will write me back a solution, but until that you may can help me out too.

You really need to deal with the twitter social media however if you give me your poker user name I will send it direct to the team for you.

I appreciate your help and how fast you solved this and I recieved the ticket and an e-mail too. :) I already changed my ticket to some dollars, was a fun experience and my biggest buy-in mystery bounty game so far.

Hello, can you please tell the new players from Ukraine can create an account? I have difficulties with this, I think because of my provider (he is from Donetsk region). Yesterday I was able to get to the confirmation of the account without using a VPN, but I did not have the documents at hand, and today I was unable to continue, I wrote that my account is blocked. There are only few parts of Ukraine that are restricted.

For Bingo and Evolution Live Casino, all parts of Ukraine are restricted.

As for all brands, only regions of Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk are restricted.

Can´t play any cash games or tournament.
When I want to register for a tourney or sit at a cash table there pops up a message "There seems to be a technical issue with the regulatory system operating in germany."

I even de- and reinstalled the client, but nothing changed. Any idea what to do??

Hi Support, Norwegian customers are not allowed to withdraw their balance since 2 months now. So 888 right now are unplayable for us.

This is the mail I received 7th June from trans@888brands.net :

Please be advised that at the present, we have no withdrawal method for Norway but we are working on a solution.

I have already told them they can send the money to my Revolut bank account, which is a Euro account, accepted by all other casino sites in Europe. But 888 are just not helping me.

It's my money and I would like to withdraw them now, not until you found a solution in many months in time. This is very easy to fix really. Also the telephone support has been closed , the number on the screen is not working.

I contacted the support and got an email that the technical problems are solved and everything should work again. It did so for a short time.
A little later I was kicked out of the client and since then can no longer login. Every time I try there is a message "Something went wrong, please try again later".
I also contacted the support (ref. nr. 230701-000814) but got no answer.

Hi 888 Poker support,

today there are 2 problems occuring.

1. Daily Spin is not working:
Free Spin not funktioning
2. CardsChat Freeroll is not displayed:
CardsChat Freeroll not Visible
I deinstalled and reinstalled 888 Poker software and the problem still remains.

Since I could not attach the screenshots to the contact message I do it here.

Any ideas.
P.S.:
Just got the E-Mail, that all bonus programs have been suspended.

It would have been nice to inform the players in advance that you are going to do this, so that you can still redeem those tokens that you have earned.
