I thought it's a great idea to write here since you may can move forward a ticket I won to actually receiving it. This would be my first ticket win, so that's why I rather choose to going after it, cause if it turned out that I'm not able to take down them, I won't put more effort into hunting them in the future - which is understandable.

Unfortunately I did not get an e-mail about getting the ticket or that I'm ineligible. And it's 19 days passed by. I also ask your Twitter Team 3 days ago what's the next step to move forward, or please give me some information about why this could happen, but have not recieved an answer yet, although they were active on the Twitter. As maybe my whisper is in a long que or forgotten, I'm asking you that can you help me what to do?
Obviously I'm waiting in the main time to the Twitter team, maybe they will write me back a solution, but until that you may can help me out too.

Yesterday I was able to get to the confirmation of the account without using a VPN, but I did not have the documents at hand, and today I was unable to continue, I wrote that my account is blocked. I have already told them they can send the money to my Revolut bank account, which is a Euro account, accepted by all other casino sites in Europe. But 888 are just not helping me.
It's my money and I would like to withdraw them now, not until you found a solution in many months in time. This is very easy to fix really. Also the telephone support has been closed , the number on the screen is not working.

When I want to register for a tourney or sit at a cash table there pops up a message "There seems to be a technical issue with the regulatory system operating in Germany."
I even de- and reinstalled the client, but nothing changed. Any idea what to do??

A little later I was kicked out of the client and since then can no longer login. Every time I try there is a message "Something went wrong, please try again later".
I also contacted the support (ref. nr. 230701-000814) but got no answer.
