What happens with the 888 website, sometimes I don't play, I enter the lobby but I don't access my account, what happened today, I stayed from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm and I only received the error message, try another turn

Anyone else unable to make player notes on 888?

Every time I double click a player to make notes, the note window fails to appear. I hover over my internet symbol and just see the thinking swirling away and no notes pop up appears. This has been going on for days.

Maybe try reinstalling the poker client again.

yesterday 07/10 I couldn't play from 1:00 pm, I tried hundreds of times and the message always appeared (ops. an error occurred, try again)
today 10/08/2022 I turned on the computer at 9:00 am and tried until 10:30 am and always with the same message, I deleted the program and installed it again, I started playing again, around 3:20 pm it was played in two tournaments and out of nowhere it stopped, crashed, I deactivated the program and tried to enter again, and nothing, I stayed 40 minutes, gave up, deleted again and installed again, and until now at 6:00 pm, nothing is happening other than the same message, what is happening, this has never happened. I'm two days without playing on CardsChat

Your desktop client is not working on my laptop, so I wrote the support an e-mail what further steps we can do, may they can help me to find additional files to remove etc. So in this period I decided to play in your web client. I won a 15cent satellite called: Late PKO Rumble 3.30 - 5 Seats gtd.
As I won it, the web client freezed, and I reinstalled it (few moments), and can't see any tickets nor the aim tournament.

My question is that can you reward me a ticket, and how can I see the main tournament from the web client ( Gooogle Chrome)?

Good Afternoon,I have been playing 888 for around 12+yrs. I make a decent small income from the site. 8 days ago I went to deposit and was blocked from doing so as I was asked for bank statements. But the links in cashier don’t work on an iphone or ipad. George N inCustomer service asked me to email them, which I did. I then sent another email asking how long it would take. This was ignored. I then called in and the told me it would take 3 days. 4 days later, still no reply. I call again to which they tell me there is no record of me sending bank statements via email. I then send them the original email and times, this is ignored.
I then chase it up again and again again. 6 days later I’m emailed that all documents have been verified and they just need a picture of my debit card back and front. I send this immediately. 2 days later they ask me for the same pictures of debit card. Then they send me a random email about an investigation into $1… yes.. $1 that has apparently been taken by them and put back in the account ( have no idea what they were talking about) then 8 days later after countless calls, emails and ignoring every point I have made about the way I’ve been treated, they tell me the bank statements are insufficient proof of income and want pay slips etc.
I feel I’ve been completely messed around… wasted hours of my time, and not one apology.
Disgusting behaviour from my point of view and have asked for the account to be closed.
In 30yrs of playing poker I have never been treated so poorly

I thank you for your prompt help… I only wish customer service were as efficient. Extremely disappointed with them the way I seem to have been treated… it’s like talking to robots tbh… it would be well worth listening to the phone recordings.. apparently when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they said it would take 30 days for them to contact me!!

I decided to email 888 support so they can provide me the hand history but they have sent it to me a pdf file and the format is very confusing. My hand tracker App is unable to read this format. Any guidance on how to proceed? Can I email them again to send it in a better format?

When I am dealing with some site's customer support staff, I like to try to picture some pimply-faced 16yr. old kid, flipping burgers at McDonalds by night... and working the poker site support by day. In other words, typically completely incompetent, bordering on useless. It makes it easier for me and less tilting! (took me many years to adopt this outlook... after many years of abuse, lol.. sigh)
