I won a 10 cent ticket from a tourney called Step 1 to major tournaments and the following sentence in the lobby tournament description: The winner(s) will receive a tournament ticket that can be used in any $0.10 tournament. Well I did receive a ticket but when I am trying to register to $100 Guaranteed Turpo Deep R&A" I get the nag window about not having enough funds. My 888 account is currently totally broke, this ticket is my only asset there and even the ticket doesn't seem to work. Or could it be that despite of the what was said about the ticket you can not joined to this tournament with that ticket?

why did 888 change the blast from 4 to 3 players? it was better with four the timer is good also but i hate the number of double up games...it was sooo muchh better with four.

on the website it shows 888 community when you go there it takes to to a download page...maybe you should fix that.

I find it a bit confusing with the new update on my mobile device to find the lathes, I think the same thing happens to several of us

There was a curveball thrown for all of us - a completely unforeseen occurrence. Technical support is doing everything to have us run as smoothly as before.

on the website it shows 888 community when you go there it takes to to a download page...maybe you should fix that.

This was a business decision.

I got a message, that 888 in Germany will be moved to 888.de and read, that all club levels will be removed and we need to start again. I am really disappointed about it, because I recently achieved level 80. The gold tokens will be transfered and the money as well.
Therefore, is my question, why is this not possible also with the club levels?
Unfortunately levels will not pass over as part of the migration to the new DE site and we are aware
But gold tokens, cash and relevant bonuses will move with the players + as a part of the move the players will be able to enjoy the sign on bonus again and a very nice migration bonus

Hey 888poker. I have had some strange encounters with your support team in the last couple of days. Tuesday I contacted support about the upfor8 promotion, where I didn't receive my free bet. The support replied, where they referered to me with a different name and said I received a 5 dollar freebet as a thanks for my loyalty.

I did not receive this, so I sent a new request. 2 days no reply.

At this point I started getting annoyed, so I sent a new request;
"Hello, the last couple of days I have tried to get in touch with support. You seem slow, and I was a little disappointed since I really wanted my promised freebet before the champions league games. Therefore, I am considering changing to a different site where I feel like they want me as a customer. If I decide to do that, how would i go about that?"


Notice how I never state that I want to close my account, I am just asking how I would go about it if I decided to do so. I have had several issues with promised bonuses etc. so at this point I was really annoyed with your support. Then I woke up the next day to a reply:


"Dear Johan,

Thank you for contacting 888poker .

We respect your right to request the closure of your account; the account is now closed.

To complete the procedure and for security reasons, please confirm the following details as registered with 888poker :

- Your full name.
- Your full address.
- Your e-mail address.

Why did you close my account? I have sent several requests today trying to reverse this, but my account is still closed. How is this acceptable from your support team? I am really sad about this because I enjoy playing on your site. I also know that I have tickets that will expire because I couldn't use them today. I am reluctant to contact you through email again, cause I feel like you are just ignoring me there. I have not broken any rules, I simply expressed my frustration and said I CONSIDERED switching sites. My username on 888poker is "pokijh". Please fix this. I'm over level 120, so I have used your site for a long time without problems

What did u expect when u asked them to help u switching the site? Just do it and play somewhere else. You dont need their permission or "help".:rolleyes:

I asked how i would go about switching sides if i decided to do so. Do you think it's fair that they closed my account with money in it?

So just because I told them I consider switching sites, they can just close the account and take my money? Is that fair to you? I disagree.

so was playing and screen went black...my icon no longer works...tried to reinstall but your system wants to download some crap it goes to 60 percent downloaded and then crashes and starts again...i have been trying for the last hr. but i cant get a good download. whats the problem? no my computer is new and my internet is good.

Title is pretty self explanatory,
Been trying to access the 888 poker shop to spend my points/see how much things are etc

but every time i attempt to log in it always says system is busy?
Has been happening for over 2 weeks...
Just wanted to see if anyone is having the same issue?

I had a problem with the 888 app for two weeks ... I think it was the solftare exchange. get access yesterday by deleting the app and downloading again get access. try to do that

The new mobile App is awesone, i really like it. Finally after all these years its possible to multitable on 888 with the phone. But i still think that using the term "gamechanger" is a bit of a stretch. Was that it or can we expect more?

On the down side I did prefer playing with the phone side ways.

I preferred the landscape orientation by far, and am disappointed by that most.

Also I noticed when I went to pre-fold a hand, it suddenly was my turn and I ended up calling, because the fold button is suddenly the call button when it is your turn.

This is just bad implementation with little thought put into actual play-ability vs having fancier graphics and animation.

Now it seems to lag more because of the graphics, leaving less time for deciding , and I really hate the constant beeping the whole time it is your turn, instead of the later warning beeps.
