Hey 888poker. I have had some strange encounters with your support team in the last couple of days. Tuesday I contacted support about the upfor8 promotion, where I didn't receive my free bet. The support replied, where they referered to me with a different name and said I received a 5 dollar freebet as a thanks for my loyalty.
I did not receive this, so I sent a new request. 2 days no reply.
At this point I started getting annoyed, so I sent a new request;
"Hello, the last couple of days I have tried to get in touch with support. You seem slow, and I was a little disappointed since I really wanted my promised freebet before the champions league games. Therefore, I am considering changing to a different site where I feel like they want me as a customer. If I decide to do that, how would i go about that?"
Notice how I never state that I want to close my account, I am just asking how I would go about it if I decided to do so. I have had several issues with promised bonuses etc. so at this point I was really annoyed with your support. Then I woke up the next day to a reply:

Why did you close my account? I have sent several requests today trying to reverse this, but my account is still closed. How is this acceptable from your support team? I am really sad about this because I enjoy playing on your site. I also know that I have tickets that will expire because I couldn't use them today. I am reluctant to contact you through email again, cause I feel like you are just ignoring me there. I have not broken any rules, I simply expressed my frustration and said I CONSIDERED switching sites. My username on 888poker is "pokijh". Please fix this. I'm over level 120, so I have used your site for a long time without problems
