Thanks for your help 888! I'm kind of holding off from playing until I understand the bonus/gold token situation. I've tried searching the terms & conditions as I still have a few gold tokens left, but can't find anything relevant to this specific situation.

Does anyone else have any recent experience with exchanging gold tokens for the cash/immediate bonus? Did you have to meet wagering requirements before you could withdraw the bonus?

Did you trade in 1000 tokens for the $10 Immediate Bonus or did you click the one that just says "cash"?

The first is "bonus" money, which sounds like what you received, the second is real money that can be used or withdrawn immediately and also costs 1000 gold tokens.

The cash option doesn't actually say how much it is until you click it.

Sorry for the confusion, although I could of used the Immediate Bonus option, I did actually use the Cash option. I was going to exchange the full 1200+ gold tokens I had, but decided to hold some back for a tournament ticket.

I'm unable to read the more info/terms for "Cash" or the $10 immediate bonus , both locked for me too as I have under 1000 tokens.

The terms & conditions regarding the $1 immediate bonus seem to apply to the $10 immediate bonus, & states:

Immediate Bonus

• Players have 7 days from when their Bonus is granted to use or wager their Instant Bonus before it expires.
• Immediate bonuses over $1 may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3.5 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount. A $1 Immediate bonus may be withdrawn after 4 bonus points have been accumulated.
• The Immediate bonus can be used in poker, casino and games only

I could only find this regarding bonus points

Bonus Points (BP) enable you to clear any bonuses by wagering. BPs are accumulated only if you have an active bonus.
You can earn BPs by:

• Playing in poker ring games -earn 2 BPs (if applicable) for every $1 of your contributed rake.*
• Playing poker tournaments -earn 2 BPs (if applicable) for every $1 of tournament fee.
• Playing casino games (from your poker account) -earn 1 BP (if applicable) for every $10 wagered in the casino.

With the $10 immediate bonus option, it does sound as though the $345 it says I need to wager is equivalent/would accumulate the 35 BP required to withdraw the bonus funds.

Ah well, in future I'm probably best exchanging tokens for tournament tickets instead, I mainly play micro stakes tournaments so I thought exchanging for $10 to play 20 x 50c tournaments was the best option.
It seems at the stakes I play (the lowest ), I'd have to play too many games to earn the required BP.

Interested to know for future reference if the terms are different for the Cash bonus option, I'm positive I used this option, but perhaps they changed recently? Can't check the terms as the option is locked due to insufficient gold tokens & I can't find anything through google.

I noticed you answered others today but not my message?
After this happening, I also did not even receive a casino mix-up ticket?

Well unfortunately I just had something very annoying happen. I normally play Millionaire Genie 888 Slot just one time for minimum .15 to get Casino- Mix-up Ticket (essentially paying .15 for tournament ticket).

1) I logged onto 888casino from 888 poker, so it recognized my account.
2) Then I choose Millionaire Genie Slot and waited for it to download.
3)Then instruction page comes up, and you have to click "OK" button on bottom/middle of screen.
4) I clicked OK but nothing happened, so I clicked OK a second time.

A)When it went to Millionaire Genie Slot after I clicked the "OK" button twice, the slot started automatically and charged $1.50 to my account at the pre-selected bet size.
B) I did not have the option to change from .10 per line bet size to .01 bet size per line, like I normally do every other time. The game started automatically.
C) I definitely did not click the "SPIN" button to start the game that is in the bottom/right corner (in fact I did not move cursor at all when game started automatically).

I don't mind playing .15 for casino-mix up ticket by playing a slot, but I definitely did not what and do not what to pay $1.50 for that ticket, especially since I did not choose to play and did not click "SPIN" to even start the slot.

Did clicking the "OK" button twice cause the game to start automatically? The "OK" button on the instruction page is not positioned in the same place as the "SPIN" button, but that is the only thing I can figure as that is the only thing different I did. That would not be right for the game to start automatically at the pre-selected bet size because of clicking the "OK" button twice?

I am familiar with the this game as I do this every time to get casino mix-up ticket, and this has never happened before.

I just said they might see it that way but I have done it myself a couple of times in casinos so understand you entirely. Lets just see if they send you a mail and I will send it over again in the morning.
Most of our team are working from home at the moment so things are not ideally happening as normal.

I am also at home as I got the virus . Not 100% percent from where, but I was visiting my family last week. My mom is a nurse in a hospital with some patients with the virus, so probably from visiting family last week. It is not too bad, but being tired and all the coughing is not fun......

OMG I am sorry to hear this and hope it clears up for you soon.
You need to isolate yourself completely and stay away for your mum for a week or so as you don't need to give it to her or any of your family.
I am isolating myself as I don't want to catch it but it is starting to escalate here at the moment and the numbers are going up every day.
You take care of yourself ok.

I have not received any emails or contact from 888 that I see, but...........I had 2 x $1 Tournament Tickets in my "Tickets", so maybe that was from 888 customer support and the casino mix-up ticket was there also.

Yes that would have been your goodwill compensation. If they had given you a few $$ as a bonus you ould have had to wager lots of $$$ to clear it.

Now relax and watch lots of films and play plenty of poker and STAY SAFE.
