I’m glad I read this, I too had a bet yesterday and have not gotten a ticket. I would have forgotten about it. I also played a $5 blast today and didnt get a venus ticket. Ghost in the machine.

I see nearly 4000 players registered for the first one so people are getting tickets.

I also did one of the challenges this morning, make $5 total bets in the casino. I made at least $10 in total bets as I won $7 playing even money bets in low stakes roulette, but I didn't get the tickets either.

The last few promotions have been pretty "buggy".

I got a reply from 888 regarding the new promotion...

, I would like to inform that the promotion "Galaxy of Freerolls" is only available for players that have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to. If you have not received it, I would suggest to wait a few days as it is a new promotion and you will probably receive it within the next days. However, you will not be eligible to receive the tournament tickets until you receive the email.

I haven't received the email yet, which I guess explains it, but it doesn't seem fair that the emails weren't sent to everyone who will be eligible for this promotion all at once.

A few days ago, I changed 1000 gold tokens into $10 bonus. Didn't realise it had wagering requirements. I'm quite new to poker & just getting to grips with betting terms. I probably should of chosen tournament tickets, it sounds like you could use tournament tickets without any restrictive wagering requirements?

So I had a $10 bonus, haven't really played much, maybe I sat down at the SNAP table & posted a BB as it currently says $9.98 - and I need to wager $345.45 to withdraw bonus & related wins. I've done a similar bonus like this before with 888 and managed to clear the funds. But since the terms have changed, would I have to withdraw/lose/spend all the money in my account to start using the bonus funds?

My cash balance is $103.66 + bonus balance $10.98 (including $1 Hot Bonus for a sports bet). So we now need a cash balance of $0 before we can attempt to use the bonus balance?

If at all possible, before I play on 888 again & thus agree to the new terms, could I exchange the $9.98 back into gold tokens/tournament tickets?. I probably should of chosen tournament tickets, it sounds like you could use tournament tickets without any restrictive wagering requirements?

Next time you have 1000 tokens to redeem scroll down right to the bottom of the redemption page, there is an option to trade in 1000 tokens for $10 cash.
I do it every time I have 1000 tokens, it is $10 actual cash with no strings or wagering requirements.

The new rule doesn't start until May 25th so you have 2 months to clear your bonus.

Thank you so much but this is exactly what I chose! I didn't think it would have any wagering requirements, but mine most definitely does. Similar to the sign up bonus when I joined, I have to wager a certain amount for $10.

It was granted on 23rd March, 1000 gold tokens for $10.
So confused

& thanks for your reply 888. Is this an error on my account? Or have you recently changed the terms regarding bonuses/gold tokens?

Does the $10 Cash Bonus (exchanged for 1000 gold tokens) usually have these wagering requirements? Or should you be able to withdraw the $10 cash bonus immediately, without wagering it?
