It was granted on 23rd March, 1000 gold tokens for $10.

Does the $10 Cash Bonus (exchanged for 1000 gold tokens) usually have these wagering requirements? Or should you be able to withdraw the $10 cash bonus immediately, without wagering it?

Weird.

When I do it there is an option for both a $10 cash bonus and simply $10 cash, both are 1000 tokens, but the $10 cash bonus is bonus money.

Next time I get 1000 tokens I'll grab a proper shot of the redemption page.

888 is great in term of offering freerolls once in a while. But one big problem is the software. I believe the software has stayed like this for so many years. Players can't extend the lobby, the font size is too small to see games, especially with big screen and players sit far from the monitor. Plus there are regular disconnections over last month. Please improve the software as soon as possible 888.

Are they still giving a 2nd daily spin on wheel with Mobile Phone. I have not been able to find it the last several days. I just wait for ads on mobile until it gets to the ad for wheel spins and click it. Then spin the wheel for the 2nd time (after 6pm), but there are no wheel spin ads anymore.

How to get daily 2nd spin now???

Well unfortunately I just had something very annoying happen. I normally play Millionaire Genie 888 Slot just one time for minimum .15 to get Casino- Mix-up Ticket (essentially paying .15 for tournament ticket).

1) I logged onto 888casino from 888 Poker, so it recognized my account.
2) Then I choose Millionaire Genie Slot and waited for it to download.
3)Then instruction page comes up, and you have to click "OK" button on bottom/middle of screen.
4) I clicked OK but nothing happened, so I clicked OK a second time.

A)When it went to Millionaire Genie Slot after I clicked the "OK" button twice, the slot started automatically and charged $1.50 to my account at the pre-selected bet size.
B) I did not have the option to change from .10 per line bet size to .01 bet size per line, like I normally do every other time. The game started automatically.
C) I definitely did not click the "SPIN" button to start the game that is in the bottom/right corner (in fact I did not move cursor at all when game started automatically).

I don't mind playing .15 for casino-mix up ticket by playing a slot, but I definitely did not what and do not what to pay $1.50 for that ticket, especially since I did not choose to play and did not click "SPIN" to even start the slot.

The "OK" button on the instruction page is not positioned in the same place as the "SPIN" button, but that is the only thing I can figure as that is the only thing different I did. Indeed, that is why. After a bit of digging, and to be fair with my attention span thats 30 seconds, i did infact find the part where eligibility is initiated by an email. Like me, no email, no eligible. Not a shot at you 888 rep, it caused me a touch of irritation that a flashy banner ad duped me into playing a game I wouldnt normally play so I could get a ticket. Due dilly my man, due dilly.

Thanks for your help 888! I'm kind of holding off from playing until I understand the bonus/gold token situation. I've tried searching the terms & conditions as I still have a few gold tokens left, but can't find anything relevant to this specific situation.

Does anyone else have any recent experience with exchanging gold tokens for the cash/immediate bonus? Did you have to meet wagering requirements before you could withdraw the bonus?
