You may have to reinstall the programme? I personally have not had any recent software issues.

The last few days I've occasionally had trouble logging in.
It usually only takes a few minutes and I eventually get in, but today it's been over 90 minutes and still unable to log in.

When I try to log in, it says "loading..." but eventually times out and it says "oops, something went wrong please try again later."

I tried reinstalling, but after the reinstall the same thing was happening.

I had my brother try to log into his account from his computer and he says he is having the exact same issue, so it's not just me.

I did find I can still log in to the "no download" version, but it's pretty limited and is a last resort.

Here's a pic of the screen after it times out...

888 username: orsino12

Edit: I just tried the web App and it does log in there, eventually. It seems very slow, I thought it was going to time out too, but I was eventually able to log in.

A little update.

After about 4 hours the login started working again, but it would be nice to know why it has stopped working several times over the last week or so.

I'm actually happy to hear that others have been having issues with it this week. I only joined 888 on Thursday and have already considered leaving because it keeps freezing. Good to know it's not normally like this. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling as well instead.

Their mobile app, however, I think is complete garbage. Besides only being able to play one table (or at least that I've been able to figure out) I haven't been able to get it to work for more than a few minutes at a time before it just goes black.

You all might not need to 'leave' the poker site but maybe give it a little time to be corrected? Just a suggestion...

I've not had any issues on any of my devices the past week (actually played a little yesterday)

Welcome to 888poker’s Weekly Deal, with all the best news, results and insights from the past week.

THIS WEEK: October 6, 2019

Canada’s “wells_russ” Tops Massive Field in Sunday Sale Mega Deep

This week’s $100K GTD Sunday Mega Deep on 888poker was a special “Sale” edition, meaning the usual $215 buy-in was slashed to just $109. A massive 908 players rebuying 384 times created a $129,200 prize pool that was paid out to the top 117 players.

Among those to get a piece of it were “Fukuruku” (83rd - $297.16), “Dallmad” (47th - $413.44), “Gavin527” (25th - $594.32), “EyeofSkadi” (16th - $839.80), “Worm236” (8th - $2,648.60), and “LeetRunGoot” (4th - $9,367).

After “shakentoucan” bowed out in third place for $12,532.40, the title came down to Canada’s “wells_russ” and Brazil’s “cairoek.” After nearly 11 hours in the tournament, the former prevailed to claim the title and $23,256 top prize.

“b4his” Takes Down Sunday Sale Whale for $10,425
The $320 buy-in Sunday Sale Whale had a $20,000 guarantee, which is more than doubled as 98 players rebought 41 times to create a $41,700 prize pool. Among those to cash but fall short of making the final table were “Kroat.” (13th - $875.70), Ian “Simpioni” Simpson (11th - $1,000.80), and “Kaggis” (10th - $1,00.80).

It took 6 hours and 47 minutes before Germany’s “b4his” finished as the last player standing, a win good for a $10,425.

Malta’s “okokok1893” Proves Himself Up for the Sunday Challenge

The $55 buy-in Sunday Sale Challenge cruised past its $20,000 guarantee by attracting 478 players who rebought 142 times. That resulted in a $31,000 prize pool that was paid out to the top 63 spots including “Namlleh” (53rd - $145.70), “Nevercall16” (31st - $170.50), “Doked” (17th - $248),”gimnast2605” (7th – 1,007.50), and “BehindSpace” (3rd - $3,177.50).

After more than nine hours or play topped off by a back-and-forth heads-up match, it was Malta’s “okokok1893” besting “hakunamata2” to emerge victorious for $5,890.

Kazakhstan’s “Cstl01” Victorious in Monsoon
The $55 buy-in, $10K GTD Monsoon had 178 players who rebought 51 times, which resulted in an $11,450 prize pool. The top 27 finishers got a piece of it including “shanefry” (23rd - $114.50), “AlmostWinnin” (17th - $143.12), “YSoSerious7” (9th - $229), “FullMounts” (5th - $687), and “89rhino89” (3rd - $1,345.37).

Five minutes shy of the seven-hour mark in the tournament, it was Kazakhstan’s “Cstl01” defeating the UK’s “2Sm00th” in heads-up play to win the title and accompanying $2,461.79 first-place prize. It was a bit of redemption for “Cstl01,” who last month finished runner-up in the 888poker XL Eclipse Event #31: $15,000 Late 6-Max for $3,170.

Canada’s “Unde_” Claims Sunday Deepstack Monsoon Title
The $55 buy-in Sunday Deepstack Monsoon had 156 players rebuy 67 times, which meant the $10K GTD was surpassed by creating an $11,150 prize pool. That was paid out to the top 27 players including “TomBrady17” (21st - $111.50), “marsanpoker” (14th - $167.25), “Sinistrous” (6th - $557.50), and “Gotyoudude” (3rd - $1,310.12).

After 8 hours and 12 hours in the tournament, it was Canada’s “Unde_” besting “evil_dante89” in heads-up play to win the title and $2,397.29 first-place prize.

Please check no collusion

Hi 888 Rep

Please can you double check these two Sasha players are not the same person. I was caught between two of them in a satellite tournament (144494818) and got over half my stack. May be perfectly legit but two players which such a similar name from a small country in a tournament with only 19 entrants (6 paid) is suspect. A little search to make sure these two do not keep entering together would hopefully rule anything out.

The player name was SASHA1203IH and Sasha252515 both from Belarus.

Hi,

I've only really been using this forum for less than a week, despite having signed up years ago, so I apologize if I'm posting this to the wrong place... But here goes haha.

I'm new to 888 and was wondering about this spin thing. A few days ago I won $5 casino play. I understand it days it could take up to 72hrs to receive it, but I did get a pop up message telling me it was now waiting for me. Only I can't find it. Can anyone tell me how to access it? I emailed 888 support, just haven't heard back yet, so though it wouldn't hurt to throw it out there incase someone's able to help. 🙃

Thank you for the reply, but where do I go? When I go to the casino my available balance only shows the same amount I have at the poker tables. Am I supposed to go somewhere specific to find the $5 casino play money?

Reinstall the poker client and hopefully that should work for you.
