@ACR Rep, I looked at how the Spin to Get IN works, and I'm a little confuse. It shows the percent of winning as:

(Slot Wager - Slot Hold) / Event Entry = Chance to Win

What is the slot hold and how is that calculated?
Does the Event Entry include the buy-in with or without rake?
How does the 2% rake versus 10% rake for satellites work? Is that released as rake back, or will the payout have less rake in it?

It would be nice for the website to also include an example calc for the Spin to Get IN.

ive hAD sat a table (mtt) and my chips dont show up it says inactive than my chips show x,xxx but the rest of table see that im still Inactive. It throws them off when i bet lol.. ive seen it a few times

1. The slot hold is 2%. It’s calculated by affecting the win percentage (as shown in the formula).

2. The event entry includes the rake.

3. There is no rakeback on the spin to get in hold. However, when a player wins an entry, he or she will receive rakeback/rewards on the entry fee.

To be honest the guys played in many poker rooms in this play, but I have to say I did not like ! So far, I've liked ACR for the most part. I've recently had deposit issues, but it's due to my bank stopping my deposit on their end. One big thing I see that I wish would be changed, is in MTT's. The late registration for MTT's is ridiculous, to say the least. 3-5 hours on some? Really? I can certainly see an hour of late registration and even 2 hours on re-entry, but the idea that a guy can buy-in 3-5 hours late and have a bigger stack than someone that has grinded his butt off for the same amount of time is absurd. Just my take.

acr support used to good, however i cant get them to remove the casino. i also cant get them to understand that i am first time depositor and part of the bonus im supposed to get is 20 cards 1 a day for $1-$6 TB tourney bucks but 5-6 were already said i missed. i didnt deposit until 20th cards started on 17th

Glad to hear that you are enjoying the site. In regards the late registration suggestion, please note that we have included many freezeout tournaments with 1 hour of late registration. However, I will send your suggestion to the tournaments team to consider on adding more tournaments with a lower late registration periods

Has anyone else had problems with the acr software, I was in a rebuy/addon last night and had double rebuy automatically on bottom left side of game clicked, when i busted it did not automatically rebuy me or give me the option to do so manually, not only was this dissappointing because it was a 100 dollar guarantee with only 19 ppl in tourney with 2 more levels of late registration and a double rebuy wd sit me in the top 8 but when I tried to contact cust support the rep named Bob C was not helpful and very snippy and rude calling me sir when i am a woman and suggesting it was my fault. I understand he may not have had a way to get me back in the tourney but i was not expecting the rudeness. I like acr for poker better than any other room but last night was very frustrating and upsetting to say the least. Anyone else had problems with cust support or the software? In the future I will no longer be depending on the automatic rebuy buttons.

I really sorry about the experience you had with our customer service support. We will send your report to the CS manager so they can provide proper feedback.

In regards the rebuy button, I have escalated this information to the technical department for them to test the system's settings and verify that everything is working as it should

Sometimes (but not always) in the R&A's, when I choose to sit out so I can go piss, I get a pop-up window telling me that if I sit out my auto RB and AO checkboxes will become inactive. THE BOXES STILL SHOW CHECKED. But in reality they do nothing.

If I just go piss, and let the software time me out, those boxes are still active. Rather than being polite and letting the game move along without me causing a delay (by sitting out), I am forced into a situation where it looks like my attitude is just 'screw em'.

I have found that when returning to the table, if I uncheck those 2 boxes, then recheck them, everything works correctly.

I've been playing $5 tournaments nearly daily for over a year now. Here's what I've observed about ACR.

1) There's few regulars. Every day I play I see some new players that I see once and never again. Quite often they end up winning the tournament. Usually it involves being very lucky. Interpret that as you will...I have my theories but won't detail them here.
2) After about 6 months of playing, I had enough and tried to withdraw what I had left. Without going into details, it was super shady and I eventually gave up. I resolved to play my original deposit until it is gone.

Based on the above I definitely won't be making any further deposits at ACR.
