I am really disappointed in ACR since the update today.
you guys HAD to have changed the amount of spins to get in ratio. I have wasted dollars, to get in a .55 cent MTT The $25 GTD. Having played hundreds of these, I know its changed. Also, that you could deposit min 25, and now a min of $49.00

I am sorry how you feel, the update had nothing to do with game play. In regards the min dep amount, is $50 as stated on the website here: https://www.americascardroom.eu/play-poker-for-real-money/deposits/ however, the site gives you 2 chances to try a lower amount as a courtesy but after that, it increases to the min stipulated

Everything was fixed within a half hour. No tournaments cancelled afaik. My best guess is there was a server attack or else a server crash.

not if sie and prohibited but if they realize they block your account , and a job to release again, they oped this maneuver as a further fraud if the two accounts are registered in the same personal document

So i run mac on car and experience a lot of freezing,non playable games.
Any1 have suggestions on the right osx from a macbook to use at car /wpn.
Estimated lost of just under $1k due to freezing so I had to contact support at Acr the response varied.

We recommend you to have an estable connection in order to avoid problems with the game; Mac Software is sensitive to bad connection. However, we will be more than glad to detailed review the games that you have experienced issues. This has happened to me twice now. Yesterday I played in the $250 GTD Hyper Mega Stack at 4:45. I lost my stack, and I had the double rebuy clicked, but I was not given the rebuy and I was out of the tourny.

I quit playing ACR a month ago, and what a great decision. The headaches of dealing with lying idiots in support is gone. The headaches of losing hands due to the earth's worse servers is gone. The disappointment of hearing the same BS from support about why they are ripping me off, vanished. Bonus fraud, not an issue anymore. Also, not contributing money to a scum operation feels great.

I had a similar issue in a rebuy tournament where I had previously had rebuy clicked and was given my rebuy, but later in the tournament I had unclicked rebuy, and when I busted out still in the rebuy period, was not asked if I wanted to rebuy, it just kicked me out. Odd glitch.
