I'm not sure how showing cities deters collusion in that as long as ACR knows where people are from and can take their usual anti-collusion measures, whatever they are, then other players don't need to deter collusion themselves. Same goes with showing hands at showdown, because ACR will always know what people had at showdown. But with that said, ACR probably only looks into collusion when someone reports it or makes an allegation.

I have a tournaments related question also, as a new player to your site...

I'm wondering if deals (chops) can be made between players at a final table? I know in the old days on PokerStars and the like, someone would email support when players were in agreement to talk deal... we were talking about it at the FT of the 2AM PLO $100 GTD last night, but no one was aware if support would come and facilitate a chop.

Also, I haven't seen it mentioned here, so I apologize if its been asked previously, but are tournament entries won allowed to be unregistered for tournament dollars as on other sites?

I'm actually very pleased as a former PS and FTP grinder, I've had very little to complain about except for wanting more volume. :)

Please keep up the outstanding work!

Hello buddy,

No, we do not have a "deal" feature yet, although we have facilitated this option for the biggest events like the Million Dollar Sunday or the 5K event.

Tournament entries won in satellites may not be redeemed for cash and hold no cash value nor you can unregister from them.

I have no idea what you did for that update the other day, but I see nothing but worst hands winning. I can't see ever putting any more money on here...this RNG is beyond questionable.

Seems perfectly standard to me...

When are you going to implement the option of seeing your opponent's hole cards on river after all action is complete? You have said the last two Freebuy Series it was coming soon. When is the exact date of soon?

Good day buddy,

Americas Cardroom has always done this like many live card rooms, we are aware that most other online poker rooms allow players
to see anyone's cards that were mucked at showdown, that is why this policy in under review. No ETA

I am at a loss as to why player "unbelievable3" didn't show down his hand first at showdown. There was no bet, and he was the first to act. It's not right that I do not get to see his hand at this showdown. He checked his hand, he didn't muck it. It's not even possible for him to have mucked his hand before he would have had to show it.

This needs to be fixed, ASAP.

^^ In the above hand, it showed MY hand to the table, but not the player I mentioned. This is ridiculously unfair, if he got to muck, why didn't I? His should have been the first hand tabled with it being checked around on the river.

If his cards aren't posted to the table, there is zero reason why mine should be. It's not anything to do with "I should be able to see a mucked hand in the HH" -- I didn't get to see his hand IN PLAY, and by his position he should have been the first to show after the river checked around.

Appreciate it, I'd never seen that "muck" between the river action and the showdown before, it really threw me for a loop.

I've been in a few tournaments deep and have had the tourney suspended do due to technical issues, what's the deal with this? Once was at the last tourney of the week for leaderboard points. I needed a top 8 placing and was commanding chip leader with 16 left. Support was no help saying points were not to be awarded in this circumstance.

May I please have the TID so I can check on this matter to properly provide you with an answer?

Question for ACR

ACR,

Last year you had a complete Freebuy series including a $40,000.00 or $50,000 guaranteed tournament as the Main Event freebuy.

I think that is an excellent way to get your site going stronger in the U.S. and you should take advantage of Bovada's exit from the market in September to launch this again.

Do you have plans to do another one in the near future,

Dedicated ACR player,

-Photuris

ACR Mobile App

Hello ACR Rep. Do you know what the status of the mobile App is? Back in Jan / Feb (I believe), ACR did a twitch cast and they one of the things talked about was a mobile app. I thought the timeframe was 60 days, but that passed a while ago.

Any updates?

Thanks

Bovada didn't leave the market. From what I'm being told, ignition is a shell of Bovada basically. They split the sports betting from the poker room for various reasons.

+1, Will ACR be splitting or selling off anytime soon? I don't think that ACR is publicly traded or anything.

I've been playing $5 tournaments nearly daily for over a year now. Here's what I've observed about ACR.

1) There's few regulars. Every day I play I see some new players that I see once and never again. Quite often they end up winning the tournament. Usually it involves being very lucky. Interpret that as you will...I have my theories but won't detail them here.
2) After about 6 months of playing, I had enough and tried to withdraw what I had left. Without going into details, it was super shady and I eventually gave up. I resolved to play my original deposit until it is gone.

Based on the above I definitely won't be making any further deposits at ACR.

No offense, but if you aren't going to post any details here about the experience that you had, then where will you post it? I think what you have to say would be good for the community here, and the ACR Rep can work to resolve the issue. Please post some details for the ACR Rep to correct the issue. Also let us know if the issue does not get resolved.
