I remember watching a twitch video and Phil saying there were updates coming soon. Major ones. Was that planned for March? Or am I making things up.

Hmmm, we have been making changes already but there are some other things that are on development still like the mobile application, Jackpot for Mac, and some other ideas that Phil has. We will let you know that next live stream so you can ask him directly.

No lag right now in the limit cash games.

I'm pretty sure the lag I had last night wasn't just on my end but for the whole table because, say, when it took 45 seconds to deal out an all-in runout, the next hand started simultaneously for me as it did for the rest of the table afterwards, making me think the whole table saw the runout at the delayed laggy pace. Same for the 10 second lag I had between hands. When the next hand was dealt, I still had my full timebank UTG, whereas if the lag were on my end, I would've expected the timebank to have already started running.

Everyone in the CC game on Tuesday was experiencing this lag as well. I have seen it happen a few times before this day as well. For example 2 people get it allin preflop and it just stalls for 30 seconds before dealing out the flop, then another stall for the Turn, and another for the river. I have seen it in cash games as well as tournaments.

I too thought it was on my end the first time I saw it, but realized it wasn't on my end if I was first to act after it happened because no timebank enabled as well.

I can't wait for the Freebuy Series in 8 days. I won approx $100 last year. I definitely won't be able to play all 57 events, but I have already prepared my mind mentally that I won't be getting much sleep for those 10 days.

Right, we are working on them but I do not know how long is going to take.

Time bank all of a sudden not working (in the tournament games on Mac client at least). I was thinking about a decision with timebank clearly showing "on" (as it should because I have it set to autoactivate), and my hand was timed out without starting the timebank. This happened to me a week ago or so I think it was and I posted about it then too. But then on another hand I double checked that timebank was on clicking on it and everything, and I still timed out facing an important decision! Please get on this fix ASAP.

I agree ACR is pretty awesome.
You can get away with a ton of freerolls or deposit in to a streamlined cashier. Loving it.

I like the knock out tourneys the most. Freezout (no rebuys). Lots of action. Reminds me of how it used to be

Nice! I haven't missed many of these; they are an excellent opportunity to give and receive feedback. It's nice to have a CEO reach out to their customer base and throw ideas around. I will be there!

Excellent experience so far

I joined ACR a few months ago and have come into the money in a few free rolls. The amount I won is always right there to view immediately. I tried another site and could never seem to find the $ I won from freerolls, so just wanted to say I think the site is great!
