this might sound stupid but can we get software for linux OS I Love poker but I hate windows

When you win a satellite, are you automatically regged and if so, is there a way to unreg?

Yes, once you win the sat you will automaticaly registered to the next event. However, you are not able to unregister since the tournament is the "satellites's prize" and has no cash value.

very easily with BlackChip a few times

with A.C.R. I had ALOT of difficulty but this was in their early stages & was due to customer support being incompetent. I'd received a p2p transfer and then tried to WD but it was refused. I hadn't played much on there but had been considering playing more but then decided I would WD my funds & use them elsewhere (at the time the software was too demanding (CPU intensive) for the computer I was using (I was also running on a few other pokersites at same time) ... it was causing me some major LAG issues. I chose to not play anymore for the time being on ACR & wanted to WD my cash from there. Support was unable to tell me how much I would need to rake/play prior to being able to make a WD (although my account had been established back in 2007 while it was DoylesRoom & I'd made deposits after it'd gone to ACR) they replied "You have to play with that money. You can't withdrawal it"
It didn't seem to matter how many times I asked, "How much do I need to play?" ... I wouldn't get an exact response.... once they tried to suggest it was 'subjective' and they couldn't tell me how much exactly... but that if I just played with all the money they would decide at a later date if a WD was possible.
It was ridiculous. BUT this was quite awhile ago (late 2012), back in their earlier stages.
I didn't go back on the site for almost a year... then I contacted support again, this time (Dec.2013) they were able to tell me how much I would need to rake in order to be able to WD (prior to this they wouldn't even let me WD the money I had deposited to my account.. leaving behind the P2P transfer funds ... they wouldn't let me take ANYTHING off of it). Once I knew the rake requirement, I played periodically for a couple weeks & WD all of it with no further problem (Jan.2014)

I have never heard of anything like this these days. And I would personally trust them as much as I'd trust anyother pokersite I choose to play on today. (which is 'almost' 100%).
I'm hoping to increase my play on there soon & to make another WD

I'd considered not writing about my prior sh1tty experience with ACR customer support because I don't feel this way at all about them today. Today I think they're GREAT and it's just fantastic that they're represented on poker forums and available to answer player's questions, help them out, etc. etc.

Would it ever be possible to increase the size of the numbers displayed for 'pot-size' directly on the table (without having to hover one's mouse over it)?
They just seem sooooo small & while playing I'm straining to see it (I usually have alot of tables on the go, from multiple sites so when I go to make a decision on an ACR table & then have to slow up to try to see the pot size... just thought it could perhaps be displayed a bit better)

This is about my BCP account, hope you can help me anyways. So i logged in BCP tonight and got a pop up about security alert for this cite, so i checked it out and got another pop up, here they are, can you tell me what it's about and if it is normal?

ACR seems to be having a lot of lag right now. I just had an all-in on a SNG table. It took about 15 seconds for a flop to be dealt, another 5 seconds for the turn, and about another 10 seconds for the river. Previously, it was taking 5-10 seconds to deal the next hand. I also had some lag in the limit hold 'em cash game a few minutes earlier but not as bad.

I don't have a lot of winning on WPN to withdraw, I was just trying to find out how this bitcoin thing works.

I just needed to this out here for others who were thinking like me, that you don't have to deposit on WPN to withdraw with bitcoin.

I will still be playing on ACR and BCP. Hope to see you all there soon.

I just needed to this out here for others who were thinking like me, that you don't have to deposit on WPN to withdraw with bitcoin.

- Cancel tournaments before they start when an update is scheduled to take place and will interfere with tournaments. = Ok, you got a point, and although we try not to interfere with any tournaments sometimes is just impossible depending on the update emergency level but we keep it on mind for sure.

- The ability to unregister from tournaments where a seat was won via a satellite = although I sent this suggestion, I do not think we will implement it since the satellite’s prize is the tournament access and not the cash. We are working on tournament tickets though

- Clients main lobby pops up whenever you close a table or hand replay = There is an option on the lobby. Options > table options > pop up main lobby > uncheck it, the main lobby will then pop-ups only when you close it.

Close what?

Does not work. Main lobby pop ups with option checked or unchecked.

If it helps I am using Windows 10 OS.

No lag right now in the limit cash games.

I'm pretty sure the lag I had last night wasn't just on my end but for the whole table because, say, when it took 45 seconds to deal out an all-in runout, the next hand started simultaneously for me as it did for the rest of the table afterwards, making me think the whole table saw the runout at the delayed laggy pace. Same for the 10 second lag I had between hands. When the next hand was dealt, I still had my full timebank UTG, whereas if the lag were on my end, I would've expected the timebank to have already started running.

As for the Country when you hover the mouse over a players name - that was one of DJ's suggestions. So feel free to skip that one. I just put it on there to be nice.
