Opened up acr today because I've been hearing good things about the site. Went to deposit but my only deposit method is p2p transfer as I would rather deposit using a credit card. I called customer support and was told that my acount has "red flags" and there can't be any changes made. This makes no sense to me as I play bol and bovada just fine. The guy said he could not give me any further info.. what's up with this?


It doesn't make sense and you are right.

Other sites my CC has worked with 0 issues , in fact ... If you create a new account on the WPN network I was able to deposit using a CC for my first deposit , it went through and then they took it away after. They said the same thing for me , "red flags" but couldn't say anything else.

It's obviously a broken system because my CC works on other players accounts and on my own as a new player on THEIR skins in the past.

I asked many times to allow my CC but they won't. Bit coin works and is realitvely quick, but it sucks that they took it away.

I don't put much volume on their site though , and this is a major reason why.

Thanks for looking into it. It is working now. The lobbies didn't load but after a couple min they did and all is good.

FYI the error in the Cage info box that I reported to you awhile ago is unchanged. It says "Tournament will end after 4 hours of gameplay" yet a couple lines down it says 5 levels, which indeed it is. I've been railing this event and watching it on Twitch, and every time there are players who are confused why there is a level 5 even though it says as quoted 4 hours only. This is a terribly misleading label to have on your highest stakes and possibly most important and publicized on Twitch event of the week. This should be a top priority (and also very easy I would think) fix.

Mac client issues:

I just had the same issue I reported in post #1401 about the opponent's cards not being tabled at showdown when my opponent won the pot. This was in an all-in pot at a CAP cash game table, but I'm not sure if it's a problem specific to when there are all-ins or to the CAP games. I'll also add that earlier in the same session, a couple orbits before, I lost an all-in pot and my opponent's hand was shown, so this problem doesn't seem to occur always.

Additionally when I clicked replay to try to see the previous hand, it did open unlike before when replay didn't work at all, but the hand it told me wasn't the right hand - it wasn't even a hand from the same table, but rather it seemed from some random tournament game.

We know the replayer doesn't work correctly yet (working on it though)

The CAP tables do not show the losing hand in all-in situations. This happens on both mac and pc clients. We do have plans to change this.

The issue is that it's not showing the winning hand. I have no issue with the loosing hand being mucked in all-in situations in cas games, as that is standard live and online, but occasionally the winning hand is not being shown. That is the glitch.

Ah didn't know that, Thanks. I guess I might have to try that when it is break time next time it happens as a temporary fix, but hopefully ACR will release a permanent fix eventually.

this might sound stupid but can we get software for linux OS I Love poker but I hate windows

When you win a satellite, are you automatically regged and if so, is there a way to unreg?

I heard that you can't un-reg and get the buy-in credited to your account, though I also heard if you register for the satellite with your own money and then win a seat, while already registered for the game you are trying to satty into, your account gets credited the buy-in.( I was told this and have no actual proof)

I wish you had the option to unregister and get your account credited, I was wondering this for when you spin in, if you could opt out and get the money credited. Someone told me no, this isn't possible, but would nice to see what the rep says. I have wanted to unregister from a game I spin into, but haven't because I don't want to test it out and end up with nothing lol.

Thank you guys for the report,

I have sent it to the IT dep for them to look on this matter. In regards the preferred seat we have already reported this matter, the IT manager who is working along with the web developers to fix it.
