Please encourage Americas Card Room's CEO, Phil Nagy to introduce the Progressive KO tourneys as soon as possible. He mentioned adding them after the second quarter this year. He also discussed a free-buy where players only get paid by knocking an opponent out and its a penny per knockout, which would be a really fun tournament, even if it wasn't a free-buy and was an actual buy-in.

Yeah it notified me of an extra quarter on top of my deposit but on my credit card statement it's showing about an extra $5. Is there any fee of this sort or was there an error?

Oh I'm not sure. I know I'm also charged an international transaction fee by my credit card co., but is shows plainly in statement.

Good day ACR Rep,
I have noticed some discrepancies in stake offerings on the less popular games. An example would be that there isn't a 6 max, .05/.10 No Limit Omaha Hi/Lo SHORT game available. The equivalent table of this game at .02/.05 stakes is Rokalite.

Another example are the stud offerings. While regular stud has .04/.08, the lowest stake available at Hi/Lo is $1/$2. I would love if there were some more stake offerings in between here as there is in other games as well. Some .25/.50 stud would hit a sweet spot.

Hi ACR Rep. Ive been playing for about a month now, and there are two things that i would like to bring to your attention.

#1) When you highlight "Tourney" on the main screen, and then highlight "All" below that, there is an an option to select "Points Only", which i am assuming are Tournaments that can be purchased for Combat Points. Well, that feature has NeVeR worked for me. I have bought into a lot of tournaments using combat points, but they never appear in that "Points Only" tab. You might want to have your programmers check it out, as they may have forgotten to implement that feature it into the software.

#2) The second thing is the card designs. Everytime i try to change them, a status bar says "downloading", but then hangs and never downloads the new design. I have reinstalled the program many times, yet still cant change the deck :/

Other than those two things (which really aren't a big deal) ... everything else on the site is perfect. Been with you guys for over a month now and couldn't be happier. So anything i can do to help keep you guys #1 ... i will.

Not to play the devil's advocate here, but won't that result in a shove-fest where everybody hopes to get 0.08$ on the very first hand, no matter what they actually have?

I also had the same problem with background theme not downloading I brought that up here like last week Acr rep told me to try running it on a newer windows 7 and up because I'm running ACR on windows vista which is pretty old but I never did because it not a big deal. So I just decided to uninstall it see what happen and it actually fix it I can now download themes but since u say u already try reinstalling I'm not sure what the issue is maybe try reinstalling it again..

People does that already
on the 10 dollars on demand freerolls like half table will shove any too cards especially early in tourneys so there's no preventing that especially in a freerolls i see also in cash buyin Mtt . Plus I don't mind at all if people wanna shove with there donk hand I'll take my hand against a donk hand all day.

I think its awesome that you are here to help while repping ACR!
I really hope your site continues to grow & becomes very successful.

I will be adding in some low buyin MTTs to my weekend schedule! (just hope the late reg. isn't toooooooo long).

Thanks again!

Hey buddy,

Did you check our new tournaments schedule?

There are tons of freezeouts tournaments with 1 hour late reg and they do not have the re entry option.

Besides, we have added sit and crush points to each of these and they are double points to a regular sit and go.

Check more HERE

Is there a fee for deposit with credit card? I made two deposits, and both times I got charged more than I put to deposit (and actually got charged two different amounts for two identical deposits). I didn't see any warning or info that there would be a fee. Could you fill me in, please?

Good day blobman,

Indeed there is an additional fee when making international transactions. The amount will depend on the financial institution. However, you can send us you bank statement at Security@AmericasCardroom.eu in order to verify the amount.

Regards

Hello ScooperNova,

I found this one in the lobby. Is this the one you are talking about?

In regards the Stud lowest stakes I have sent the suggestion to the tournaments dep for consideration.

If you are still missing any tournament please let me know so I can report it.

Thanks

The Omaha hi/Lo game that's missing is 6 max no limit (short).

Hello buddy,

I am glad you enjoy our software,

Please note that the "Points Only" tab does not have any tournament listed because the tournaments that we are currently running allows either, cash or CP but we do not have any that allow CP only as yet.

In regards the deck issue, please contact our CS dep at 1-877-314-4195 or through live help support HERE in order to receive inmediate assistance on this matter.

If you opt in for the Super Bowl Free Bet Special Offer bonus, would it be deducted from your rakeback?

ACR rep. Have you guys had any report of your customers financial information being compromised? I made a deposit yesterday on BCP/ACR...then had someone use my bank information all the way over in the UK today. They spent $500. My bank thankfully contacted me and went through a scan of how it could have happened. All signs pointed to the last transaction which was BCP from (london). I don't make any online purchases other than if I deposit online for poker.

Also, I called your customer support today to inform them of a possible breach into their system and that they need to check it out. The rep consistently circled around the problem and never understood my question. I kept explaining the problem and possible threat and he kept saying that ACR never took the $500 out of my account...I was like yeah, I know that. This happened 3 times and then I spelled it out to him that I was just asking him to alert someone in security of the possible problem.

This has seriously deterred me from depositing on any of your sites or any online sites for that matter.

Good day KingCurtis,

Would you please send us a copy of your bank statement to Security@AmericasCardroom.eu in order to report it to the processor and to make the request of investigation.

I will also need you to send the email attention to Mike which is the Security Manager.

Personally, I absolutely LOVE the ACR software. It's better than the one on Stars, imo. And those x2/x3/x4/x5 multipliers are very handy for fast bet-sizing (something Stars doesn't have).

There's just one issue I have with MTTs, and that's that whenever I get moved to a new table, my 'preferred seat' is no longer taken into consideration, forcing me to go to the table options on the main menu and ok them again.

Is this something that can be fixed?

I sent it to review already TimovieMan, the IT department sent it to the developers, it will be fixed pretty soon.
