Mac client glitch: regged for MTT but table didn't open. It showed that I could still register but when I clicked register it didn't give me option. The "take seat" button did not appear. The list of entrants showed me in the tournie. I was able to get my table open by double clicking my name finally.

Really frustrating: just had hand mucked despite having time bank activated and it saying "on." Unacceptable. Priority fix please.

I tanked this hand just to get the screenshots (I would've folded anyways) to show what's going on. See how my timebank says "on," as it should since I have auto-activate time bank on. And then it mucks.

Please unistall the software and install it again, that should do it.

Yup same thang happen to me today i was playing PLO Omaha I register last min so blinds was at 1250 - 2500 and starting chips is only 3000 basically I got one bb they sat me on bb so I'm 2500 in the pot with 500 chips left small blind went all in for 3k looks like he just enter too I still had time bank so I wasn't worry About hand folding on me cuz of time but it did right when I was bout to kall and hand got folded it was a descent hand too but with blinds so big and it's Omaha that's an instant kall for me never got the chance it was a waste of buyin I already contact support at Acr to look into it and I strongly believe they will make things right they always do but I agree with you it got me very frustrated and insecure about playin online because of issues like that. I think it's pretty crappy I finally decide to make a deposit on a site. After listening to all the good things on CC I chose ACR. I've cashed in a couple of the freebuy so was happy. Hell I cashed in my 2nd ever O8 tourney. Lol. But tonight I'm doing good in the plo 4k and in the top 20 and climbing in the 10 freeroll then they all freeze. I'm locked out. I hope this isn't a common occurrence on this site. Please someone tell me it ain't. Lol. See ya at the tables...Tal

Acr support responded basically saying there's nothing they could do about it I am shock with the response I got I guess Ill just take it as a lost bet safe and gl all

Having a problem where every time I am switched tables in a tourny, I lose my assigned seat and I have to open settings, switch to the assigned seats tab and click "ok" for my correct seat to be noticed and then I am moved. This is important because PT4 will not function properly on ACR without assigned seats being correctly configured.

The docs to certify your account are:

-Copy of your ID
-Copy of an utility bill for address verification

If the ID has the billing address you registered on your account there is no need to send it

We will not restrict you from taking your winnings out. Here at ACR you can built your bankroll from 0

Would other documents that provide address verification work? Like a proof of college enrollment? I currently don't pay the utilities as I live on a college campus.

There is an error in the tournament description of the Sunday High Roller. It says "10,0000" starting chips. It's 10,000 so you have an extra 0 there.

It is getting even more annoying now with the Pop-Up Internet Explorer page opening when one attempts to shutdown the site because now I'm getting 3 separate pages popping up & they are doing so in FULL SCREEN mode! This blocks my view from ALL my tables on the entire screen! It sucks and is really unecessary. I mean do you think it actually is effective advertising? (surely everybody already knows about the 'FREEBUY' series if they're on the site... doesn't it let you know about it as you're logging in? (< I wouldn't know as I don't pay attention... but not saying others would be like this because the only reason I don't pay attention is, 'I already know what I feel I need to know' & it doesn't interest or pertain to me' ... but I'm sure some other recreationals who are logging on to their accounts would see the initial pop-up window when one logs in so having that other crap going on isn't particularly effective (unless of course you're just hoping to p1ss people off).

Give us something so that we can at least disable it. PLEASE!

We will have a Mac update this coming Wednesday 9th in which this and the reported issues should be fixed

because saying "I have 16k" is irrelevant if the reader doesn't know how it pertains to the situation.

ie. "I have 526k right now!" (is that alot? is it very small? what is it?)

Very slight non-priority Mac client glitch is that the tick-tock sound that comes on when you've activated timebank stays on for 3-5 seconds usually after you've made your decision. I don't recall this ever happening on the Windows client. Obviously this problem is infinitely less important than the other problem of actually making sure the timebank properly activates, but still worth mentioning.

We do support India, please note that the Freebuy Series is no longer available since the promotion expired on March 6th.

Note that there are some other freebuys but those are private tournaments, please try to register to a freeroll and let me know if that works for you otherwise please provide me with your username by PM to troubleshot on this matter.
