Still new to ACR. I don’t really have any problems with the gameplay and the format of the application. Deposit methods on the other hand have made it almost impossible for me to fund my account. Why is crypto or p2p the only options I have to deposit?

I just want ACR to know I feel the latest changes you have made to the set up suck!!!!! I also can't stand the way it changes from money amounts to big blinds. As well I find your algorithms really suck as they just pay off the bingo players over 80% of the time. I am still a winning player on your site because I just adjust my game but I feel ACR just ruins the game of poker!!!!! But I know you couldn't get the bingo players to deposit otherwise!!!!!!

Need some help. I reached 5 Star General last year yet my account was downgraded to General on January 25th. I emailed support same day and received a response on the 26th that they have forwarded it along to the appropriate department for resolution but I have not heard anything since. The main issue is I put in significant volume and am missing out on the multiplier I should be earning as 5 Star General for 9 days now. I should note the same thing happened last year as well. Any help to get this resolved quicker would be appreciated.

I get paid once a month (tonight!!!) and had to play freerolls.

I think if ACR would decrease entry on some tourney's and lower deposit to $25 or more they surely would increase traffic!!! on there site!

Absolutely agree....blackchip is 25.00 few less tourneys like twitch tv tourneys, but other than that I am prone to deposit there other than ACR

What are the changes that people dislike so much? The new HUD info at the top right?

If so, I must be one of the few who like it.

PS' client has this info up there, and last March they introduced a bug that caused that info to disappear upon table switching. It was that way for a month, and it annoyed many people, including myself:

I noticed this bug immediately. I often play shortstacked, so it's important to know where I stand and what/when the next level is. To switch between tabs is annoying (I want to see the chat too). I always thought that this feature was one of the advantages of the PS client over the one of ACR/BCP. The latter requires docking tricks to see chat + ranking at the same time.​

I hated the lack of an option to see this info and the chat at the same time without docking the chat to the table (which increased the total size of the table a lot). Now I am pleased, but I agree that the way this was executed wasn't flawless. First, a GUI change like that should have been an opt-in, so it wouldn't be forced on people who don't like it. Second, I really need to see the time until next level more than the size of the blinds. Third, it's nice that it can be customized, but it should remember our customizations.

So the big $10M Venom ended up with 3,782 entries.

The cost per entry is $2500+$150

$2500 x 3782 = $9,455,000 meaning ACR took over a half-million-dollar loss due to the overlay since they have to guarantee the full $10M

Perhaps they are okay with this if they feel running the tournament generates additional play on their site (such as eliminated players sticking around to pay rake in cash games). But what I find interesting is that if we use the full entry fee, we get

$2650 x 3782 = $10,022,300 meaning they really didn't lose anything. But of course, they also didn't make any profit either.

I just find it curious how they always seem to just barely make the numbers, every time, and usually they end up making zero for themselves. It seems like a poor choice from my "uneducated" outside perspective, but I'm pretty sure there must be other factors (such as cash game rake) that I'm not accounting for in my equations and analysis.

In addition to poker, they seem to have bets and a casino.
I don't think that they will start holding tournaments at a loss. Plus, take into account the endless entries into the tournament.

Oh, you mean the rake they earned from all the satellite "feeder" tournaments - excellent point that I did not consider. I bet the rake earned from those is pretty large.

Yes, this. I don't need it and it just gets in the way. And unless I'm wrong, they didn't give us any way to turn it off. There ought to be a toggle where we can return this info to the chat box where it used to reside and that would allow us to "turn it off".

Yes ACR has always been known for their extended late-registrations... i agree, it makes it very difficult to endure, and to set aside such a long period of time in case you make a deep run... but we have to realize this is how they can put a $20K guarantee on a $6.60 tournament such as the Sunday 1pm event... if they reduced late reg to only 2 hours, they could probably only guarantee $7500 on it... and it would probably also speed up the blinds structure quite a bit too. So it's a trade-off. Trust me, I know where you're coming from, you're certainly not alone with this complaint!! MTT players on ACR must have EXTREME patience, or else be willing to gamble with multiple re-entries (which goes against my philosophy but that's a personal choice). Best wishes!! I'd love to try a Stud event but they don't run many of those at the micro level which is the only buy-in level I'd feel comfortable playing them. I just wish they offered HORSE or similar, but they've never run a Razz game as far as I know... HOSE, maybe?!!! Cmon ACR, give us a mixed-game tourney for once, do it in your Online Super Series!!!!!!! There's more to poker than just No Limit Holdem!!! (my personal pet peeve)

Any piece of code that deals with money and/or human health is critical, and it should be tested thoroughly before going live. There is no question about that. Bugs like these can be catastrophic for the company and for its customers. They require an emergency fix or an immediate shut down of the faulty feature until it can be fixed. Is this bug still alive?

The developers responsible for the GUI (front-end) are usually not the same devs responsible for the back-end, though. If that's the case, they should increase their dev team ASAP.

There are many ways to make this optional; this is one of them.

I find redundant the labels with an eye in front of them like 👁Your Position. There are only up to 4 elements displayed, so it's not hard to remember these labels or to infer them from the data. They just take extra space.

A few hours ago, for 1-2 hands after the bubble in the CC's freeroll, its tournament lobby crashed with this error:

Then the lobby reappeared, but I was eliminated and I can't confirm if this bug would happen again. I only had this lobby visible during the bubble.

without a doubt when ACR gives us a greater variety of games and mixed game tournaments, be it HORSE, 8GAME, ect. You will pleasantly see how your traffic increases. Unfortunately, until today, lovers of other modalities are hostages of another room, and even though we don't like many things about it, we remain to be able to play some hands of BADUGI, STUD, 5 DRAW. It would be nice if they take the initiative to incorporate them.

ACR has been updating their software which usually means they are can take away tournaments that were scheduled that a player had put time in to qualify for. The $25K Sunday was there on Friday & now it is gone. Poof!

They put it in as a Tournament Ticket until 01/2023 but no tournament match to play & there will probably never be one in 2022. Tough to trust a site that can do that.
