ACR Staff, please advise.

I was playing blackjack switch in the ACR casino and tried to cash out for $1,048.77. Upon doing so, I received an error and when I went back in the casino, my balance was $0. It is not in my poker account either. PLEASE HELP!

But it depends on each wallet to decide on their side the number of confirmations they need to consider a transaction as safe to process. We recommend you to please check with your wallet how many confirmations they need on their side to receive a BTC transfer.

Help me please

Yes my sn is PUTITANG on acr a few weeks ago the site crashed in the middle of a big pko guarantee tournament when I finally got back in I had busted and logged in to get some chips in the P2P transfer and when I go in the screen there it says ACCESS RESTRICTED now it's been this way since it crashed notnaure why or what's going. On but I need it fixed asap as this is a very disappointing situation here I have emailed support at least 4 times in the past 2 weeks to my surprise not one representative from AXR HAS REACHED OUT TO ME I LOVE THE SITE LOVE THE ACTION AND I SEEM TO BE RUNNING GOOD HERE I WANT TO CONTINUE TO PLAY HERE BUT IF the problem bis not resolved asap I will take my business elsewhere thanks......

The spooky express march madness 1K freeroll was held today. I managed to enter the prize zone, I took 9th place. The game was very difficult morally, when there were less than 30 people left in the tournament. After all, there are only 15 prizes for such a number of people (865). In general, I liked the tournament, I will still play it.:)

Help me please with my account


Well say you say here to help I need it my account bdays on the P2P transfer and it says ACCOUNT RESTRICTED AND ITS BEEN LIKE THIS SINCE THE SITE Crashed I've asked and emailed several times with no help or response what so ever I love playing here but I will withdraw and move to another site if the issue won't be resolved please help here please

I understand, no is not necessary to deposit first. You can receive a Player to player transfer and withdraw to bitcoin, or play a ticket, or either get some earnings,etc.
What players cannot do is like deposit using an ewallet, such as neteller or ecopayz and try to withdraw using bitcoin..
You'll need to withdraw all you have deposited through that same ewallet before using bitcoin.

Hope this information clarifies your concerns.

Hi,

I've check your case with the department in charge and I can confirm they have sent you an email on March 14th, 2021 asking you to reply to them with some requested information, please reply back to same email, and the security department will handle it.

Hello. I won 2 entries into the weekly Sunday $6.60 25k guaranteed. They preregistered me to this event. Before the tournament began I had 2 asterisk stars denoting how many buy ins.

Well I ended up cashing in the tournament but only used 1 buy in. There is no ticket in my account nor am I registered for the same event the following week. Do I forfeit my already won entry because I didn’t need it? Or is this a glitch or mistake of some sort?

Recently the tournaments that I play on ACR became eight player tables rather than the nine that they had been. Personally I don't really care for it as before Covid-19 came along I was playing tournaments at ten player tables and don't see any reason for these online rooms to be using smaller sizes. You and the other online rooms don't have to worry about fitting more tables into a room, like a physical card room would. I can tolerate nine, but eight is too big a change for me.

You can only play on Saturdays since you are not ready for Platinum Level to play in all the tournaments at ACR. You have to go to bronze freeroll password access.

Hi ACR Rep,
So I won the $1500 GTD $3.3 yesterday YAY! and I was looking forward to the "Congratulations you finished in 1place" sign to come up, but it didn't. Did you get rid of that? It was so nice to see. Icing on the cake, lol.
Instead what came up was the pop up asking me if I want to bet and gamble on red or black. (It was actually weird because it said I was down the amount I won and asked if I wanted to turn it around - there must have been some kind of glitch cause my balance is right.) Anyway, my question is - Is there a way to turn these "do you want to gamble" notices off? I'm not interested in gambling on red or black ever, and I don't want to hit the wrong button by accident and lose my winnings. Thank you!!!

In settings > Other Games > Untick "Enable Double or Nothing"

Just a quick heads up: stay away from ACR and its allied sited: Black Chip Poker and Ya Poker. The Black Chip Poker client isn't working. It does its download cycle, then Windows puts up a message box that the program isn't working and needs to be closed. As a result, I can't access my account to withdraw. No way to contact them, other than an e-mail service which they don't answer, or a "live chat" which isn't anything more than an automated simulation that's of no help at all.

Looks like I'm out my deposit. Stay away, and get off if you can.

Could you please clarify which anti virus you are using, also please follow this step by step troubleshooting once again and let us know:

1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in
