I know that ACR has an option of storing hand and tournaments history - My question is how can it be view? The file is saved as ".ots" file extension.
How can I view it? is there a way to export to Excell?

Hiii and happy new year!!! I have to ask,,, cuz I haven't needed to call in a while, but did they take away the phone support? .. because usually when I'm ready to do a little bit coin withdrawal, I would always call phone support... So they could take off the block ,,,I have on my withdrawals,,, just for security purposes. Then I would do my withdrawal, and after It was done,,, they would put the block back on for me. It was so easy to do this on the phone,,, cuz I could get it all done in a few minutes.... can you recommend the fastest way for me to do this now? Thanks very much.....p.s. I have the block on my withdrawals,, cuz I don't play that often,and support recommended that to me 2 years ago ,,,after my account had got hacked and luckily they were able to get my money back..... so this has been a good alternative ,,since they still don't have two factor........ okay thanks again for the info I appreciate it

Okay yes I knew I could email them...... but it would take a few days or a few steps more doing it this way then on phone. Cuz I'll have to write them first and ask to have my block taken off, and then after they do that I would have to write back to make sure they put the block back on my withdrawals for safety..

I ask for a few reasons, one because they actually have live support and the poker room and website do not and that seems like an odd use of a place to put people for live support when you are called Winning Poker Network. Two it doesn't seem like they know what their own policies are or when policies changed on transferring money back and forth to poker and the sports book. All I can ever get them to say is that they don't deal with the money transfer at all and don't know the answer to my question about changing policies that I would have to ask the poker room. Third they also tell me to go to the poker rooms website click on the menu and go to support and ask the websites live support, lol.

1. We do have chat support in poker. It is available 24/7 with bots. Agent chat support is available from 2PM EST - 10PM EST.

2. Policies about transferring money back and forth. To be hones I am not sure what you're referring to. You can transfer money back and forth with no issues. In case there's an issue, Usually we on poker side get contacted by Sportsbook agents to make the proper adjustments in the account. (Failed transfers are isolated). But we are all the same WPN company and same support, just different teams that handle issues according to each department.

Number of Bots is too much

You are no longer able to play in this room, there are 6 bots per table, then switching tables has 5 more bots. What is it?
And while you delete 30 Bots accounts, 100 more appear.
I'm making a list, but this is ridiculous, besides the time that playing poker studying among other things demands, I still have to worry about identifying bots and as if that weren't enough I still have to prove it. This is an outrage, ridiculous.

I am mature enough to know that AA can be cracked by 62s. It is not believable, though, that anyone would go all-in with 62s without knowing what the river is.

I can provide information about the player. This is ABSOLUTELY cheating.

You obviously haven't been playing online poker very long and this one isn't even that bad. Wait until you have something like pocket Qs on the button and flop something like Q 3 3 and have two people shove all in in front of you both of which have AK. Turn is a 3 river is a 3, and yes this has happened to me twice on post flop all-ins, the other time was with js and both just had aces. I have realized in the past few months though that WPN's RNG is legit, the R just stands for RAKE and not RANDOM.
