Some of the Venom tickets were exchanged for cash (thank you very much), but 9 tickets for $ 1 40 were left for some reason? Where else can they be used?

After the power outage due to the tropical storm Tuesday, I have been unable to log in to ACR I keep getting this message. I have deleted and re installed ACR and still get this message.
Need some help!

Please be so kind and try the following steps:


1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Is there a problem with P2P transfers? I sent 3 transfers this morning, one to SharkHunter for $6.19 and two to BIGAUS one for $6.19 and one for $9.28. All the money came out of my account but only the one transfer to BIGAUS for $6.19 is showing up in my history. I got the attached error for the last transfer. Is there a way that ACR can see were this money is?

I am having trouble registering a new debit card. When I enter the numbers I get an error message that says the card is already in use. When I have had these problems in the past I was able to call customer service but I can't find the number. I need someone to help me with this issue. Is there a phone number that I can call?

Casino malfunction

Can I please get someone to help me? I need my account to be fixed. I left a slot machine with 103.33 and idk what happened but my money disappeared. I have the game I’d number fo4 that transaction. Please I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for two hours, please can I get some help.

Hello, most likely, the reason why you are not able to see your funds on your poker balance, is because the casino window you were playing at was not closed properly.

Please note that instead of just closing the browser window, you must transfer the funds back to your balance first by clicking on the $ symbol from the menu.

Please visit the same game you were playing at and you will see that the funds are still there!

Click on the $ tab on the menu to withdraw funds off the Casino, and the money will go back to your Poker account balance.

Hello ACR,

I recently tried transferring a dollar to another player on the day that the transfers were not acting correctly. It did not show up in the P2P area but did show up in my financial history. Was the dollar sent to the player if it is in my financial history?

Hi ACR rep, I am the other party involved with the above, I have no doubt that TheDude sent me the $, but it does not show on my financial history. PM me if you need screenshots.

It's not the amount, it's the principle, players need the P2P function to work reliably and correctly.
