Thx for the heads up on maintenance hours ....I just recently made a switch from window 7 to Vista so I downloaded Acr everything seems to run just as good as window 7 but one little thing It won't let me download any table themes it's not a big deal but do anybody know why?

Thx for the heads up on maintenance hours ....I just recently made a switch from window 7 to Vista so I downloaded Acr everything seems to run just as good as window 7 but one little thing It won't let me download any table themes it's not a big deal but do anybody know why?

Try with a most recent windowns version, windows 8 should work fine.

Why should they be removed? It's the players' right to fold every hand, which is what sitting out/being inactive is.

Why would you want the inactive players to be removed? There are many many advantages to having inactive players at the table.

I have before in tourneys played at a whole table with inactive players & I was just raking in the money.

I just can't fathom why you would want to get rid of inactive players. When there is an inactive player at the table that is free money that is just waiting for you to acquire at ZERO risk to your stack.

The last point is if they signed up for the tourney then they should have every option to play a hand or sit out a hand at any time in the tournament. Let's say you are signed up for a tournament & you get a power outage in your house due to weather. Wouldn't you like the option of if you came back to the table after an hour the site would not have inexplicably taken you out of the tournament?

I spoke with someone from act earlier tonight and they said they had 6-.50/1.00 and 10-1.00/2.00 plo games going? Is this accurate? If so I'm very surprised at the traffic. Thanks

Apparently, the network maintainance will also take place from 7:45pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday, freezing DOZENS of nightly tournaments that were in progress at the time.

Congratulations on alienating what few players still put up with your constant software glitches and server crashes, ACR! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Frustrated with ACR

I just found ACR after playing for years on other sites then just playing live last 3 years. I like it so far. BUT in the past 2 weeks I have been in lower entry (under 20 bucks but have rebought) tourneys and in top 5 2x this past week and once last week and they just stop the tourney with no warning. Today I played a 1500gtd for 3 hours and was in 5th place with 125k with 129 out like 300 players left. LEVEL 27! game is "paused" we are told to wait. then it just never comes back. I was paid my buy in (10 bucks ish) and then all 129 got paid!! that is crazy! 5th place should have made at least a hundred bucks in a 1500gtd. When you call they have no apologies or solutions. I have been here about a month and have cashed in almost every lower end tourney. Ready to play some bigger ones like I used to but now worried about this software/maintenance situation. I don't want to spend 3-5 hour playing for that to happen. Too irritating. I live near the Hustler and 4 other nice casinos. Sorry to whine but anyone else have this issue? I'm over it. Maybe will stick with live play. I won a good amount at Carbon over the years, they just stopped paying us. Couldn't ACR pay out more fairly when this happens and or WARN us of when they need to do work and not let us start playing then? :confused:

ACR down - update

Just saw some of the other comments. Looks like this is an ongoing and usual issue. Guess I got my answer. Cash out and wait for online play to be legal in LA. You guys need to get your stuff together. I don't mind the planned and warned down time. It's what happened a few hours ago. See the 1500gtd with a rebuys. Ridiculous. Not acceptable. I see I am not the only one bothered by this. 2 times to me in 1 week and only been here a month or so. Sad. :(

I'm not sure if Acr rep and Acr support are the same peoples but someone I chat with at support told me they play. I was asking about what happen to the on demands and his response was everything is fine I was just playing in one.

For cash games points is automatic, for tournament points is 24 hours.

Ok , so I am playing today. Before I start play at .25/.50 CAP PLO (Jenalite) this morning, i had 2.70 award points on my bonus meter. When I was done it was the same. A little later it went up to 3.20. I got 60 combat points in this time, and I noticed they do not update on cashier page until you close out the table. Seemed like I had a big weighted contribution during this session. Nothing happened on my bonus meter.

Most likely he mentioned he was able to open a table, but note that we are not allow to create accounts since our IP is blocked from playing at any of the WPN brands.

I have refreshed the points, you can check the updated amount right under rewards > bonuses
