about ACR

I seen Black chip has joined ACR I have 2 accounts on the site my ? If I play on one account in a tourney and get knocked out can i re-enter on other account or is that forbidden?

i also had to accounts in ACR. Which I did not know i had another one they closed my one account and had to use my other one that i had from the first time. if you got your user name and that you can talk to some one live and they can give you the info. they will ask for you home address and your phone number.

It's probably just that this has been gone over hundreds of times. I'm sure they are taking your concerns into consideration. I wouldnt hold my breath though. Try reading through this thread alone and you will see they are aware many of you have an issue with their shown cards not being exactly like the last site you played. I don't have a issue with callers mucking. There are other strange instances at time that would be more worrisome to me. Such as letting players know if their hand is good or not before giving a muck/show option on checked pots.

They replied that it on their project list & they have no ETA on when it will be done. That is basically the same exact response I received 3+ months ago.

You're asking for an ETA on a project that may not actually be a project in progress. As we've already gone over, you are making a request/suggestion, not reporting a problem/bug. Your asking for in ETA is like asking when are we going to be in Phoenix when you're actually driving to Miami - you can ask to drive to Phoenix, but if the people driving don't want to, then asking for an ETA is a nonsensical question.

Not that this affected me or anything, but I just wanted to give a heads up that you may have had an issue with your description for your $1k Cage last night. It said in the description that there'd be four hours of play, which I believe is what it used to be, but they added a fifth level to make it five hours of play, but it doesn't look like the description was changed accordingly. I was railing the tournament, and I saw some of the contestants expressing confusion on this matter, likely due to the description discrepancy.

SIR, they gave you and answer and you kept asking like they didn't. Also, don't be afraid to read the multiple posts that are exactly like yours and the responses to them over the last 2 years. I personally don't give two shits about your sour grapes and your smart alec tone, so if you could keep your pathetic, miserable redundant posts up out of my line of sight it would be appreciated. I also think that when they answered you that they have no timetable, maybe you could just stop angrily asking about it. ACR ain't perfect, but be happy if you maintain a good connection and are able to play some legit poker at the most reputable US facing site available. Take your SIR and shove it. THANKS SO MUCH. Don't waste your time trying to sign up with ACR. Their poker client is so fuxxored that it doesn't work at all. I tried it and keep getting error messages that state that the site can't be opened. It claims there's no connection when there is, or that it can't find the DNS, or there's no listing. I nuked it and I definitely won't be back.

I had zero problems with Carbon's client, as it runs perfectly and does everything it's supposed to do. It runs as a stand alone that doesn't depend on Internet Expl-horror, which I avoid as much as possible. This damn site is not user friendly.

It has worked fine for me since the day I've had it, and just to check before I posted here I started it and everything works fine.

I don't know why it works for you, but they aren't paying me to fix their broken software, so t'hellwiddit. I signed on with Bovada instead, and had no problems with their client.

The only problems with Carbon are that it's Hold-Emsville. They have an Omaha-8 game listed, but it hardly ever runs, and I do like PLO-8. As for withdrawals, I've never heard of anyone's having any problems in that regard.

This isn't what he met by good luck cashing out. Awhile ago Carbon had withdraw issues. (Slow to non-existent) I'm unaware if Carbon has solved this. I am assuming they have as I haven't heard anything about it in quite sometime but I also haven't been listening in order to hear.

Some cust were not able to log in to the client, however the problem has been fixed.
