I have got to say I have suffered the most/worst bad beats I have ever seen at ACR. playing poker online for over 8 years now, I know what it means to run bad, but my goodness! I just laugh to myself at this point as to how funny it is.

I usually play at Bovada, but thought I'd give ACR a try. I have been playing the free rolls trying to get up on the leader board for a promotion they have, also seeing if it's worth depositing. I have even won a few so far. The actual tables and and buttons are nice and all that stuff. Reminds me a lot of pokerstars actually. However, I have never seen the worse hand catch so many breaks in all my life. I know how pathetic it is to rant about a rigged site but this one takes the damn cake. I've had some good laughs along the free roll road and I know never to deposit on here. Will stick to bovada.

I like the fact that Phil streams on Twitch periodically. Wish there were less trolls in chat so the discussion would be more productive. Phil feeds the trolls, someone needs to start banning them so he doesn't get wrapped up in the "rigged" comments, etc.

I see other players that had trouble with the Ho Ho Ho PLO bonus for PLO cash games. Has there been any resolution for this issue? I was supposed to have at least $10 according to my bonus tab.

It says on ur site louisiana and a few other states can't play on ur site or even register but i been playing on there for a few weeks now and i am from louisiana .... so if i wanted to cash out i wouldn't be able too?

been playing the 2 dollar jackpot games and they are only 2 times every time i play. have played 10 games so far and have won 8 so not to bad. wish they were more than two times every time

It's not every time just 70% of the time



It's a necessary evil in order to have the larger jackpots.

I've played maybe 20 of them ,and got a $200 one for $2 on my 5th try. Guess it's just luck of the draw.

So I spun into thhe first Playpen for .76c, 1c a try for 76 tries lol. Finished with 1195 chips.

Unfortunately the chip leader at our table would wait until the last second to fold every time it was his turn, and sometimes even activating his time bank. We only played 57 hands in the hour that the game took.

You guys at ACR shouldn't allow so much time for them to act in such a short game IMO. Can't really complain though since I got in for so cheap and left with more chips than I started with.

Thank you for reporting this situation. Note that as of our T&C states:

- Any player who is found to be taking excessive time will be warned, if the situation persists a penalty of up to 10 minutes suspension may occur.

I am wondering why ACR tournaments and skin times do not reflects my time zone. To me that would be help to me with getting to the tournaments on time.
I live in the midwest so its not really bad, but it still affect me. When I see a tournament at 4:30 pm ET my mind think 4:30 pm CT.
On all the poker sites I play on ACR is the only one that does not have this feature or did I miss something in set-up.

That WPN software is set up in ET and there's no currently an option for you to change the time. However, I have sent your feedback to the production manager.

Nope, I doubt members of the customer service team would risk their jobs to play at the site if they aren't allowed to play. Even if they were to do so there is no way they could use their position as a WPN customer service rep to gain any kind of edge.

I always thought the same thing u did but that's wat I was told maybe I was miss inform I didn't question it than because I really don't mind if they did play. If they were to play I don't believe they have an advantage that's like saying Acr is a fraud I absolutely don't think that I love Acr and I highly recommend it to all online poker players. I use to play Bol, carbon and bovada but I fell in love with Acr and that's all I play now. Bet safe and gl at the tables all
