Thank you for reporting this situation. Note that as of our T&C states:

- Any player who is found to be taking excessive time will be warned, if the situation persists a penalty of up to 10 minutes suspension may occur.

I would appreciate if you provide me with this cust username in order to investigate this matter.

Unfortunately I didn't make a note on him, and looking at my HH I'm not 100% sure which guy it was.. I don't want to report the wrong guy. Seems the timing out thing is a common strategy, unfortunately, and have even seen guys on Twitch streaming some of the hi5 games timing out just to make a min cash.

It's automatic I think. Here is everything you need if you don't mind reading a little. I'm sure cardschat would appreciate you signing up through their link if your not doing rb. It's on that link as well. It mentions something about using the link and getting 100% initial deposit bonus. Good luck!

Edit: I skimmed over the information at the link. Kudos to whoever put that together, but one thing is wrong and one vital piece of information is missing. 32 card poker is no longer available :-(. Also, the best finance option is Bitcoin. I didn't see mention of it at the link. Anyway, for purposes of deposit bonuses, the info at the link should be adequate.

Registered for a Hyper turbo PLO hi/lo SNG scooped a high pot early then got into this hand and somehow was eliminated. How did this happen and why did the chat help not have an answer for me.

Wow u are rite u had the nutt low must be a glitch but that's weird never seen sum thing like that happening before just reach out to Acr support I'm sure they could explain and reimburse you for what happen.

I contacted the help center immediately as the game was still running but they had no answers, I will email support today as well, I'll send these shots and the help conversation as well. Just crazy.

There was a discrepancy in the posted starting stack for Hi5 #25. Under structure it said 25k but in the info box it said 10k. I believe 25k is the correct one. I saw some other errors/discrepancies in the tournament lobbies this past week too but I don't recall exactly now.

Last Wednesday, Americas Cardroom’s CEO Phil and Tournament Director Dan had a live stream on our Twitch.tv channel to discuss proposed changes to the MTT schedule. It was well attended and a great way to get recommendations from our players.

Something like tat shouldnt be happening there's no right reason for that to occur but I'm confident that ACR will do the right thing . You should reach out to Phil the CEO of WPN about it he stream on twitch every week now just to talk about how to make ACR better recent stream Sunday and I think next stream is this Tuesday or Wednesday not sure but u should find out and bring it up during the next stream. Phil is a really koo dude he's all about making ACR better so I'm sure he will get a solution for you real quick and maybe an answer why it happen. Bet safe and gl all
