Not sure if this has been mentioned in another thread - I didn't see it.

A nice addition to the latest update is players hole cards are revealed in replay for a hand that is mucked at showdown. Nice!

Now if we could just fix the replay to see the last hands we play - when we bust - and - switch tables - that'd be just dandy.


To be forward - if you could please just MIMIC in its entirety BetOnline Replay & Hand History - that would be sweet icing on the cake!
I really like ACR - but BOL replay/HH is the best.

Just a heads up or advice for the “Bot detectives “ at ACR. I have noticed the last level or so of the free buy series that hundreds of entries sign up for the tournament. This often closes the registration period because the ITM number is hit. If a team has 200 bots and they all min cash or better for 1$ and up it isn’t much but it adds up after a series of 50 plus tournaments, especially if some of those bots run good and make the final table. Honestly I do not believe hundreds of players are waiting until this moment to register. I would suggest that the support team take a look at these accounts and there tendencies and it’s my opinion that many bots will be detected.

Interesting theory-- just an anecdote here, but I have more than a couple friends who are late reg specialists (I certainly prefer buying in early). Anyways, you might be surprised how many people employ late regging as late as possible as a strategy to guarantee at least a min cash.

Something is wrong with the lobby situation. Barely ever will it work or if it does clicking on some buttons do not activate the desired results. The seating algorithm is clearly not random. Seems like I always sit with the same 10-20 regulars. Based on the tournament I can pretty much bank on sitting with the bot “imdabest101” ... 3:30 daily 10k-20k (depending on the day) I always sit next to TJ Gold. There are a few others as well. Seems odd that no matter how many entries I always start with same players. Also, the table immediately shuts down once you get your bad beat. Try to rewatch the aces lose all in preflop for first place chips but can’t anymore. The hand history is impossible to navigate as it freezes often or shows tournaments you didn’t play in recently.

We can assure you we are working on fixing all recent issues, our new software needs constantly improvements and this is something we are currently fixing on a daily basis. I truly appreciate all feedback given and definitively will send it over to our development team.

Transparency really does not seem to exist or be a desire of the ACR team. No explanations as to why this is happening. These freebuy series are really ruining the experience for players that have been here before, and are going to be here after the freerollers are gone. We have real money tourneys going on that are being cancelled. Talking 50k, 150k, 250k, etc that are being canceled during deep runs because of these ridiculous freebuys that most "players" go in and dump all in with 93o simply because they can get in free for 3 bullets. This isn't poker. Let them play these freebuys on a separate server away from ppl that are just trying to grind and play the game.

Oh and one other thing. Can someone explain to me how a "misdeal" can occur in an online poker setting? Yes, you read that right. A misdeal....this was the message that players were receiving on Sunday during multiple hands. Acr, care to explain how this is possible? I'm sure a lot ppl would love to know. :heeeellll:heeeellll

First of all, appreciate your comments and feedback related to our Freebuy super Series, it has been forwarded to the department in charge, regarding the ´´misdeal´´ message shown the past Sunday while we experienced technical difficulties, it was due to the issues experienced at that moment, the software wasn´t able to deal the cards and the error message was shown on the tables, we are aware of that and our team responsible handled it already.

I understand those that late register but this is not the case. Literally hundreds signed up and basically force the tournament to abandon registration because it hits the paid out amount. These players time in perfect to likely min cash because blinds are higher at this point and they only have 1000 chips (maybe 2 or so big blinds. They aren’t able to add on because late registration ends. It automatically goes into running once ITM earlier than the scheduled levels. Just seems very suspicious to me.

I have also seen a lot of late registrants, however the majority are players who I have played with tons of times. Enough to amass very good notes on them.

However - it's good to pass along info - so ACR has the best opportunity to catch cheats.

We recommend you to try to open the app on a different browser, check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, and if the issue persists, Let's do the following:


1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in and enjoy!

Small vs Big Blind minimum raise is 2.5BB and not 2BB. I do not know if this is just an error or something new introduced. I have seen it on mtt which is no big deal but also on Jackpot Games where it is a big deal.

Can you advise if it is an error being worked on or a new policy?

Sometimes that's the best solution. I've deleted a number of sites over the years so I only play at a couple now, and really only one most of the time.

Did you delete the AmericasCardroom folder on your C Drive after you uninstalled Americas Cardroom? Also, check out CCleaner. It's a free program that cleans up your hardrive and registry. Use it after you unistall the program and delete the folder.

Perfect! started working for me, was just waking up having the morning coffee and going to hit tables but was baffled it wouldn't load. All good now tho will play later on hopefully

when you hit re enter it should give you the option to watch a video and re enter for free up to 2 times

So I won quite a bit of $$$ in the casino playing off my mobile, went to cash out a couple days ago and now being told I have to rake 10% of my last deposit??? I only have mobile right now so I cant play ring games, I can only play blitz or jackpot sngs. Anyone know how the rake system works for either of those, I need to rake $30 as quickly as possible. ACR Rep maybe you can help?
