is there any update regarding knockout hands? knockout hands are where you or an opponent are eliminated from a tourney.

As of today, these hands are still not available in the hand histories on ACR and have not been available for 4+ months and close to 5 months now.

hi hi

am going to be on a trip for school so like to have ACR on my laptop as well...
- i download to my laptop and log in
- message comes, new device, need to verify it me, email will come
- i wait, email comes & i click on the verify link
- message pops up, link has EXPIRED.. what?
- i try again same deal... click immediate & says expired?
- i contact support, they say talk security
- security says i need click immediate cause the link expires in 15 minutes
- i try 2 times more, and time it, the email comes in exactly 15 minutes... laughs "catch 22" impossible to verify, it expired when it arrives!
- i explain this to security
- they say no, it cause i have a poor email server... what! i use a commercial account on my cable provider (services all western canada w/ fibre optics)

an example of some unaccountable bureaucrat making a verify thing, without any regard common sense or for their customers... then an attitude of FU when it demonstrated it bogus thing

rather than they say yikes, let us look into it... looks like our software maybe defective sending out emails (seems it waits 15 minutes to send) .. i showed security the date time stamps!
but no
typical ACR ... attitude is FU...
funny that a place infested with cheating bots, puts idiotic systems in place which screw around legitimate customers

no big deal... happy use PokerStars & 888 on my laptop
however important to know the underlying attitude of ACR towards its customers

Sorry if this has already been addressed. However, it has really been bugging me. Ever since the update the statistics such as your current place, number of players left in the tournament, players left until ITM and all the other items in the statistics screen, are behind. This problem didn’t happen until recently, and it makes it difficult to accurately judge bubble situations when playing multiple tables

Hi ACR, I Have been experiencing the same issues as other player's last week with being disconnected and unable to reconnect during tournaments, a lot of the times when entering a hand. Has this been rectified or the cause of the issue known yet?

Hi, last week we did experienced some technical issues on tournaments freeze and cancelled, we refunded buy-ins of all affected players, now if you or they didn´t receive a refund and qualify for that, please be so kind and contact our CS reps with your screen name, tournament ID number or name, hand ID number and all relevant information the CS reps may need to further assist you and your friends will need to contact them too, with the same information requested.

Ok, so this is not the first time this has happend. I was just in chat support with ACR,and the Tech person while i was still asking for help....just closed chat. I asked why do they schedule tournys if they know they are going to shut the site down in the middle. I was just 30 from a ticket in a step one(sitting in 29th), spent 90 minutes to get there,and site goes down and nothing. He did not like my question,and just booted me from chat. Is this the way things are always done? I also told this person I had another question. I would like to know what happend to the 1 New Depositor Freeroll Ticket I had before the site crashed the other day? And why did I only get one ticket, when i see more freerolls...and I deposited 8 days ago?

Any update on when you will refund back rake? Yea Its cool u finally fixed it. Love the new animations, but after 50 emails, and blowing up twitter..u guys need to pay me and my friends back rake. And yea I know ..its under investigation. Sigh

yupp cant see myself playing here anymore... such a shame because it was pretty soft between the bots etc..

SN is All Rise......Very hard to get a name when convo lasts a few seconds,and does not stay up even when they close out on you. I think we should be able to keep records(copy and paste/email of convo sent to us) something. ACR Rep. Just wanted to say thanks for being available to help out. Often a person in your position only receives complaints and problems.

Just wanted to say thanks - and for what its worth ACR seems to be improving little by little every da . Love the ITM animations.
And although Ive complained in the past about terrible suckouts defying the probabilities, ACR continues to be one of my top sites to play at. First client I open every time I sit down to play.
Although it has been said before that I might be slightly masochistic!!

The new software is paying out at each earning level. There used to be an ATM that let you cashout your winnings mid game at the current level. Maybe something is set so it does that for you now automatically during a freeroll MTT?
I was still paid less than I should have been. ;)

Could you also please enquire about getting the observer chat back, as soon as you are KO'd that's it no chat, and also being unable to chat at other tables during the CC games is a piss off, no chat = not being able to socialise with other CC members during our forum games.

Part of the attraction to forum games for me is the social aspect, I've been here at CC for 12 years and chatting at the tables for many of us longer term members means something, we have always done it, the games seem like we are in a sterile environment now, only able to communicate with the 8 other isolated players, and that is only if all seats are full.

Anyone else having issues right now accessing the site? I'm logged in right now but not able to play any games.
Game was normal for me, sometime due to the logged out due to inactivity feature, it will sometimes still show you as logged in, log out and log in again, I missed the first hour of yesterdays CC game due to being logged out just before game started, I didn't notice as I was doing well in the CC Itops game, then I finally noticed about 50 mins into the game, probably something we will all have to get used to.

When do you think all these technical errors stop, all day was crashing and cancelling tournaments. It's a very nice site to play but is disconcerting enter a tournament and after a while it stops and cancelled. Please fix it :eek:

Well the Freebuy Super Series #1 died. Technical problems again :(

For cash games and tournaments, knockout hands are still not included in hand histories as of today. In cash it is when the players balance goes to zero. these are typically the most important hands for tourneys and cash so not including them is a problem.
