16 hours gone and the skin I played didn't even response to my 2 emails, even not that they are looking at the issue, isn't there another way to speed this up, or that WPN can look at this issue?

Ok, I was a little upset with ACR over yesterdays connection issues. Now I'm livid. I just found out the cash out I requested yesterday was cancelled and they want me to present duplicate certification on my account again. I thought the hoop jumping was over, but I'm back in cashout nightmare land. I've submitted the exact documentation requested already. I'm also completely locked out of the withdrawal page in the cashier. Deposit is mysteriously still available.

Edit: Chatted with ACR support, and indeed I have already sent in the documents. They said the withdrawl option wold re-appear in 5-10 minutes and to re- initiate the cashout and wait another 24-48 hours. I'm glad they acknowledged mistakes, but I'm a little miffed the answer is to completely start over on my end. The confluence of recent events on ACR are certainly discouraging in regards to any future relationship.

Didn't play from ACR, but another skin on WPN (Duckpoker), but their support is so terrible, I hoped maybe someone from the network(WPN), could speed things up.

Duckpoker is not from the WPN but is part of the WTN, that is the reason we need to push that through to get a faster answer.

I appreciate you speeding things up on that. Even with my recent complaints and disappointment in acr, I must say you (acr rep) have been very helpful and professional. You are a true asset to your employer and the members of Cardchat forum. You exceed any expectations I have for our forum rep. Im sure some things are beyond your control, but you have helped me
Before with some issues I was having. I still have some lingering concerns, mostly connection issues, but I understand it to be a difficult situation for all parties. Acr is still tops for US players, but I'm wondering if that's enough any more for me. I love to play poker, but sometimes I'm playing connection roulette.

Edit. The transaction is showing up as pending for me now. Thanks again for speeding this up and taking care of the issue with this very quickly. I'm back down from livid to disappointed lol.

I got refunded my satellite purchase price and not a re entry into 115k. Kinda BS I'm expected to win another satellite for a fair shot.

But are they under any obligation to give you a full refund? Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Consider it a fair compromise.

I don't feel they are obligated to do anything. Refunding the satellite cost was something I guess. I wouldnt call it a gift horse. I know my time is only important to me. They made an effort. I just don't have confidence in playing any big tournies there or keeping any significant amount of money on the rolls. The knowledge that some people received refunds and others did not does not inspire me either. I rarely play in any MTTs anyway, so no big loss for either side. the rep here does a great job and has helped me on numerous occasions, so there are no sour grapes. I'm open to playing small stakes there in the future. It seems there are enough players on Sunday anyway, I'm just not sure why. I guess gambling on disconnects and ddos attacks is an accepted part of the game now. I know that going forward and can now make educated decisions regarding what games to play and what to avoid.

Also, the acr rep indicated to me in another thread the satellite I played in was "lagging" and they refunded the satellite cost. The satellite,however didn't lag. The 115k was "lagging" (disconnecting and folding my hands). I tried to gain clarity on this within the relevant thread but haven't heard back on why there is confusion.

I asked this question a bit ago, and I believe the answer was that they're working on adding that functionality, and for the time being, deals are only available for the Million Dollar Sunday.

I was registered for the 6max GI60M MTT starting at 15:45 (8 min ago), but it appears to not have started, and the tournament is no longer listed in the lobby. What happened?

The ACR Mac client currently isn't working. After it goes through all the loading screens, it just shows up as a black screen, without loading the lobby. I tried reopening the program multiple times, and I even reinstalled it, but no luck. It worked for me for a few hours this afternoon and even open successfully a few minutes ago, but I had to restart it that time for a different reason.

Also let me note that the bug that automatically makes you sitting out upon moving tables in tournaments is extremely annoying. On multiple occasions today, I forgot that it did that because I was multitabling, so I missed a number of hands late in tournaments. If you're not going to fix that bug immediately, at least make some sort of warning so players know to uncheck "sitting out."
