Ok, I was a little upset with ACR over yesterdays connection issues. Now I'm livid. I just found out the cash out I requested yesterday was cancelled and they want me to present duplicate certification on my account again. I thought the hoop jumping was over, but I'm back in cashout nightmare land. I've submitted the exact documentation requested already. I'm also completely locked out of the withdrawal page in the cashier. Deposit is mysteriously still available.
Edit: Chatted with ACR support, and indeed I have already sent in the documents. They said the withdrawl option wold re-appear in 5-10 minutes and to re- initiate the cashout and wait another 24-48 hours. I'm glad they acknowledged mistakes, but I'm a little miffed the answer is to completely start over on my end. The confluence of recent events on ACR are certainly discouraging in regards to any future relationship.
