I played in the 115K gtd today and the disconnects were horrible. That's why I normally don't play MTTs on WPN with any significant buy in or attempt satellite progression. It seemed the tounament was paused at one point after the first break so I guess you are aware of the issues at ACR.

Yes we are, its a DDOS attack, our mitigation system is doing the best to put everything back in place. Down times have been taking no more than seconds but we are trying to get everything under control now. Let me know if you keep having problems please

Can I get my $540 back please?

Although it was on another skin, can't get back into the game, someone who is railing says Im inactive.

Also rather have money back on ACR or BCP instead of this skin, dont want to play after this experience.

The tilt costed me some other smaller games as well. :(

Guys,

We have been experiencing DDOS attacks. DDOS is not something that can be fixed, it can be mitigated.

Downtimes are not taking more than 1 minute. If you are having more issues contact our customer service department for them to troubleshot on your connection.

Can you please disable the feature that opens InternetExplorer page when I try to shutdown the client. It is extremely annoying! It opens 'full screen' & blocks my view of all the tables I have running (from other sites). And for some reason, it seems to create some sort of system lag for me when I attempt to close it ('or' if I try to close it too quickly, it'll just start popping up again & again & again.... constantly re-opening the page). It is tilting! It may seem petty & small but it actually keeps me from playing more often on the site (knowing that if I have BCP running, I will need to wait til' synchro tourney breaks on others sites (or sitout on cash tables) if I happen to want to close the site (& I don't like to have sites running if I'm not on tables because the computer I'm using gets maxed out by what I run on it).

Guys,

Fk'n p.o.s. that are doing this to you guys.

As if it's not difficult enough to run a pokersite (or to try to build one up)... all the b.s. you have to deal with... and now it seems this DDoS crap is common day stuff. It f'n SUCKS! They should be hung!

Time for me to stick with only playing on weekdays.

TY but Dont even have a table e and no games are even showing in lobby and under my tournaments , no registered games listed , a friend that was/is railing made screenies from me being inactive all this time.

How does reimburse goes on WPN if I had 8.2K stack blinds 80/160, i cant play till like 4.5k blinds 175/350?

Also cant sell this to my backers :(

Yes we do,

As long as the card is international you should not have any problem.

at the moment i can't open ACR it lags with a black screen and can't be closed either - tried it a few times (mac)

I appreciate your response. I busted out of the tournament shortly after the first break, so I didn't experience any more problems. When I played at a cash game later there were slight disruptions, but nothing like the 115K. It made it difficult to play, especially since I was never sure if I was connected. I lost most of my chips when I was actually connected so it didn't exactly cost me the title or anything lol. I'm just a little timid about trying to play larger buy in tournaments again. I don't play in very many anyway. Good luck and thanks again.

They're sit & gos that start once the requisite number of players are signed up. But the key is that they have late registration and re-entry, so they're not like regular sit & gos. ACR has them of multiple buy-in levels, including $0.55 $25 gtd and $1.10 turbo.

Yea but why did they disappear? I said where not what.

16 hours gone and the skin I played didn't even response to my 2 emails, even not that they are looking at the issue, isn't there another way to speed this up, or that WPN can look at this issue?

I also do not see any of the on-demand tournaments except the $10 Freeroll.

Ok, I was a little upset with ACR over yesterdays connection issues. Now I'm livid. I just found out the cash out I requested yesterday was cancelled and they want me to present duplicate certification on my account again. I thought the hoop jumping was over, but I'm back in cashout nightmare land. I've submitted the exact documentation requested already. I'm also completely locked out of the withdrawal page in the cashier. Deposit is mysteriously still available.

Edit: Chatted with ACR support, and indeed I have already sent in the documents. They said the withdrawl option wold re-appear in 5-10 minutes and to re- initiate the cashout and wait another 24-48 hours. I'm glad they acknowledged mistakes, but I'm a little miffed the answer is to completely start over on my end. The confluence of recent events on ACR are certainly discouraging in regards to any future relationship.
