Greetings ACR rep,

Question. I emailed to rakeback support already ... but that was a few days ago and haven't heard anything back yet.
My ACR account is set for rakeback instead of Elite rewards. I play the STEPS tourneys occasionally and while I'd oveto make 5M Venom....My best to date is STEP 5, made a few times.
Kinda sadly, myinitial goal in steps 2-5 are to bubble, asthats $ now, forwhatevergameyou like...But until recently at least i got27% of the tournment fee countedin my rakeback. They add up. STEP 3, for example, easy to get once past step 1, has a fee of $1.51. I was a buck or two short of a buy in I wanted to play recently so I burned a few tickets, knowing, thinking, I'd have the rakeback. The 35ish cents in rakeback was worth more to me than the ticket. I've got lots of tickets.... and can print step 1, 2, 3 and usually 4 on any given day..... So why haven't any of my steps tourney entry fee counted in my rakeback lately???
I know it takes a day, maybe two, sometimes maybe three, for the rakeback.... But it's gone?? not in the weekly, not in available, like I never played the tournaments?
. Please make the tickets pay tournament dollars. (I doubt it, but had to ask)
anyway.... at least provide rakeback for the fees. Please.

Can you begin to taper off the 5 hours of late registration? 4 hours 6 hours of late reg. I mean it was cool at first because it allowed you to offer larger guarantees....but now it is just annoying playing for 3 to 5 hours just to lose to a beat. Taper it off to not suprise folks...I mean 1 hour of late registration is plenty plenty.

Also excited about MOSS will be re-depositing.

Just like to add my vote for shorter late reg. 30min to an hour seems like plenty to me. The jp freeroll runs 3hrs and that seems crazy. 4 plus hours is mad.

Late reg is a long term complaint that ACR has basically ignored. Late reg for hours & hours is hated by a huge number of players. ACR loves it & WILL NOT change it. That is the situation going back 5 years in this thread. For a long time they would not even reply to this complaint. Best you get now is the suggestion is passed along & added to the "forget it list"...

Hello, will ACR be offering a free-roll tournament for entry into the wsop STEPS series? ( Free-roll could pay several seats/tickets to a level 4/5 event, 2000 player seating cap for free-roll ) Or, better yet lower the WSOP STEP 0 entry fee to 11 cents, allowing for faster registration?

yeah i could undersyand if they allowed a 15 minute late registration time but you must see it from thier perspective,

for example they create a 100 GTD rebuy which needs a minimum of 5 players to start.
then they get the 5 start it and only 2 of them rebuy so all in total the players contributed $7 + 0.70

and the poker room pays out 100 and then has a loss of $92.30
it makes no sense for them to throw away money like that therefore i get why they have the late registration for hours on end

What is the best option for USA deposits. An ACR rep told me that the site itself uses out of country processors, and they are usually different countries each time so its near impossible to have my bank unblock a certain country for purchases.

Chances are that your proposal has already been mentioned. Maybe not, I didn't look to see what your proposal was.

There are a lot of proposals/comments/notifications/etc out there. Some are petty. Some are good. But they all go into a room somewhere and unless there is high percentage of players feeling the same way, don't expect much.


You will not get an email. You will not get a PM. You will not get an answer. The only answer you will get is if your proposal magically appears one day.

Good night, I have a question.
Let's consider that in some situations the smaller player goes all-in and I and one more player pays. We went from check/check/chek to 3 streets and in the end he or she wins and short is eliminated. As he lost his hand he hid it, so we could not see which hand he was all in pre-flop.
I'd like to know how I can see the hidden hands of the players, especially in these cases, for further study.

Since when is there a 10% fee to deposit using a debit card? That is outragious! I guess I am done playing on ACR. I'll either find somewhere else to play that doesn't rape their players or stick to brick and mortar casinos. 10% is highway robbery!

Click on "Options" at top of 1st screen. Then click "Table Options".

Under General at bottom unclick "Double or Nothing at table exit".

And you are done!
