Agreed. I sent a pvt msg to the ACR rep and they probably heard from others as well, because they lowered the on demand # from 180 to 100.

I sent another msg though...as you say, even 100 can take a long time and there's no reason that makes any sense to limit the # of these satellites. Hopefully they will lower ALL the on demand star #s so we can have more of these.

Send a pvt message... he does actually forward the info to the team and when they hear enough, they change things.

I've seen you in those satties.

I mentioned something is wrong with your software previously.Every time I am switched to a new table and I am UTG or UTG+1 it auto folds the hand I am dealt. Last time it was aces this time it is another hand I wanted to player. hand # 1339730309

Little things have a huge impact in MTT I just know this will happen to me in a big MTT that I pay and put in effort to get into just for the software to screw me. Please show the developers the hand. It will happen to me in something important and then we'll get into a break-up argument over it. Fix your software.

lol good luck with this...... I've been trying to get them moving on that for a bit now. They have mobile capabilities but you can't play cash or MTT's it's WAY behind the times compared to other US sites. and they apparently don't care.

I've also had this exact same thing happen to me. Being moved from table to table to table..and it always happens when I am deep w/ less than 15 BB, which is very frustrating. Not sure what can be done to fix this.

Also adding on to the software, the Jackpot Poker on the mobile app needs FIXED. I registered two $10 seats and the app just crashed completely, and then would not re-seat me! If you can look it up my screen name is SirYivx, you will see the last two jackpots I played, I sat out the entire time because I couldn't re-access them after the app crashed. Ridiculous. Also, like everyone else, I am still waiting on cash games and MTTs to be added to the app. But don't release it if it's just going to crash also. The app needs help!

What's the process for video slots? I deposited and played a second, was up and switched games, used the up change, then closed that one and the won $ was gone. Was I supposed to withdraw it from the tables before closing or something?
What did I do wrong? I entered, profited, switched games, closed out and profits were nil and void..... yet cashier showed the drop deposit drop.

I too am curious about crashes. At least four times I have been deep in a tourney and simply poof, everything gone. The worst part is that trying to restart the client comes up illegal action performed. Now, this is prolly just paranoia, but, by the time I can restart the client or delete and redownload, I seem to be just barely out of the money and gone altogether.

Any 1 else? :icon_sant

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I have checked with our Tournaments Team based on your hand ID and they did not notice any weird behavior in this table. Please if this happens again, send us a recording and the hand ID or tournament name as well so we can review it. If there's anything else I can assist you with, let me know and I will be glad to help you out.

investigation for more than a month

I have an account on ACR (bbbkls) and it was suspended 11.18.18. Support did not tell me a reason. Documents was sent and account is certified. And account is still suspended. 12.21.18 (more than 1 month is left!!) support answer me:

Thank you for the nice timely reply ACR Rep. So from what I gather, ACR's Casino tab is just a way to have fun throwing away your real $$ currency.

Hello. The mobile app for ACR is still under development as I have advised you previously. At the moment our Developers have no estimated time frame for the deployment.

I had a problem with them, after winning the money on one tournament, I could not use them for two days. they allowed me to use them after resetting the account.

Is there any issue with cashier deposit. After clicking on deposit it keeps loading forever. Following is the message

Loading cashier
Processing request over secure connection

It never loads the page. Has been trying for the past 2 days. Btw I am using chrome

Thanks for your response! I am running Windows 10. I get a pop up saying my account is already in use and to contact support. This message won't go away. So when I close down the client I get a "performed an illegal action" notice. So after uninstalling and reinstalling..., eventually it works. Also, a few times everything just disappeared, closed down with no notice at all. Then same "illegal action...", etc.

Overall I love ACR! I played exclusively on a local site that is a very small field, so I am really enjoying the huge options on ACR.

Thanks again for your attention in these matters!
