Its not a shock ACR always has issues during big series. They will blame DDOS attacks which is not true. It is in fact they cant handle the traffic the series draws. Or is it they don't want to cover the overages.

I was logged in and the dialog box popped up on all 3 tournaments saying they were canceled and refunded and I was briefly able to get into cashier before freezing and saw the money was refunded.

Hi ACR Rep - I am just making you aware of the things I experience, when playing the AOL software - I know you wish to have feedback to make the AOL site a great place to experience POKER.

One glaring issue is that your servers seem to be in-sufficent to handle the games, the players and the necessary software functions that need to be performed. I am a retired Engineer from Georgia Tech and understand how a capacity issue can affect overall system performance. It is called overload - shuts stuff down - even is communications at holidays, if capacity is not there, the system shuts down.


I do not experience anymore login issues - thank your IT Team for correcting those. Very nice work.

If you really wish anyone to invest in your site - how can we play when we see "Service is Unavailable" - we keep getting dis-conneted from games (mostly when moved to other tables in a Tourney)

At login there is a residual screen that appears - it says there is a client issue - there is none.

Don't matter what you select to close it - lol.

So, lots of loose ends on your software.

Just feedback to make y'all better. We are mostly stuck with AOL and BOL as USA players, since the stupid lawmakers we elect have some moral issues. They are crooks and will suffer their $$$$ motivations -sooner or later.

Stop using this excuse ... it's blatant lying. Your software is uncapable of handling the added stress from the increase of players. This is obv to anyone. Stop using this stupid excuse, and hire some programmers to fix your shitty software ! YOU ARE NOT GETTING DDOS'd

karl I bet not I was playing sit and go lost a conservative 125 dollars because of gateway problems. not my gateway trace route show it was their problem but will bet the answer will be we were attacked and you can not prove you were registered

I'm sure they will have it back and up and running in a few days.
but its nearly 24 hours later and the site is nowhere near fully functioning.
I wouldn't bother entering any tournaments until you see everything is back up like normal

Problem Getting On ACR

Today, Aug. 6, 2018 I have been trying to get on ACR but it will not open for me. I have been trying since early morning.

Hey ACR rep

Your tournament structures are the best. Especially the 10k stack 12min level starting at 10/20. My favorite structure. I always look for tourneys with that structure. The 10k 15min starting at 15/30 or 20/40 is not as good, they're ok (still better than other sites) but the 10/20 12min levels is a much better structure.

On most other sites, once you're deep the average is 15 to 20 BBs but on ACR once deep and even on FT the average is 30 - 40 BBs. Alot more room for play, not just a shove fest and close your eyes and hope.

Don't listen to those that complain the tourneys run too long, the deeper the better. You have plenty of turbo tourneys for them to play if they want. Why play a deeper format and then complain they run too long? Crazy.

Would love if you guys consider an even deeper format (especially a higher buy in tourney). Maybe try it once a week and see how it goes. If it's popular enough, you can start adding more tourneys with the deeper structure. People that think it's too slow don't need to play them.

Try the structure I mentioned above that I like, and instead of 12mins maybe 15min or even 20min.

Hi. I use Windows 10. When I click the cashier button It changes to a white screen inside the client. No pop up or info loads.
