Hi ACR Rep - I am just making you aware of the things I experience, when playing the AOL software - I know you wish to have feedback to make the AOL site a great place to experience POKER.

One glaring issue is that your servers seem to be in-sufficent to handle the games, the players and the necessary software functions that need to be performed. I am a retired Engineer from Georgia Tech and understand how a capacity issue can affect overall system performance. It is called overload - shuts stuff down - even is communications at holidays, if capacity is not there, the system shuts down.


I do not experience anymore login issues - thank your IT Team for correcting those. Very nice work.

If you really wish anyone to invest in your site - how can we play when we see "Service is Unavailable" - we keep getting dis-conneted from games (mostly when moved to other tables in a Tourney)

At login there is a residual screen that appears - it says there is a client issue - there is none.

Don't matter what you select to close it - lol.

So, lots of loose ends on your software.

Just feedback to make y'all better. We are mostly stuck with AOL and BOL as USA players, since the stupid lawmakers we elect have some moral issues. They are crooks and will suffer their $$$$ motivations -sooner or later.

Hi. I use Windows 10. When I click the cashier button It changes to a white screen inside the client. No pop up or info loads.


Please be so kind and check if you have the latest Java and Flash player version. The cashier and the poker application in general works with those latest versions.

I cant get acr to open..the box with checking for new version comes up and then goes away but nothing after. is the problem at my end or what

Since you can't have both ACR and BCP running at the same time No
If they find out you have an account on 2 skins of winning network, they will block both accts and you forfeit any money. Look it up.

acr.. quick question.. i didnt know the site was down and tourneys suspended and it still let me register for two tournaments and they are obviously not working.. will i be refunded for these?

Please be so kind and check if you have the latest Java and Flash player version. The cashier and the poker application in general works with those latest versions.
I have the 8.0 version of Java and 30.0 of Flash.. they show as the newest in my system. R these the right ones?

This level of rudeness from customer service people is completely unacceptable.

It’d be one thing if they said “we’re sorry you misunderstood, we should change the wording, etc but we aren’t going to give you a refund.” It’s another to give me attitude for their terrible and extremely vague wording and not accept any responsibility.


I really apologize for the bad experience, let me explain it to you:

The rebuy and add-on period are always visible in the tournament comments. As well players have the option to opt for the Auto add-on so automatically add it when the add-on period in enable. And finally, players are offered a grace period of a few seconds to allow them ADD on before the option is closed A pop-up message also invite players to Add-on once the rebuy period is over and the Grace period to buy the add-on is open.

They need to either speak english better or get a better translation App.

I still cant get on. I tried uninstalling acr and reinstalling acr and that didnt work. I just tried uninstalling acr and installing blackchip but still nothing

Same here. I'm thinking the rooms are basically closed. Might add some credence to the claim that they were attacked.

I guess we can only wait.
Really wanted to get on and hit some cash tables

another attack??? whats going on? im not sure if i should sit and stare at the suspended table or just close my computer.. how long before they quit tourney and refund? because i dont want to sit and wait and then when i give up the tourney starts up and blinds me out..

I finally managed to get on and now Im sitting here in limbo as well in a sit and go. I received the message that the tournament was suspended. Well that isnt very clear. According to Webster the word suspend could mean--to hold in in an undetermined and undecided state awaiting further information. Or perhaps this definition might apply--to keep fixed or lost (as in wonder or contemplation). or just maybe it might mean to defer to a later time on specified conditions. What definition of suspend do you people think might apply here?
