I have played at ACR since before WPN took over in 2013,I like the site and it has many different games but i miss the old software,it was alot more fun chatting using pop up emojis.I started playing at the old site in 2009 under different skins which there were about 30 of them but had my best skins transfered to ACR and BCP after the change.

Late Registration Length

I am wondering why the tournaments at ACR have such a long late registration period. I was given tournament tickets to enter the $2.20 tournaments but some have as much as five hour late registration, after which the tournament lasts 3-5 hours to get to the final table.

While I enjoy playing poker, being glued to a screen for 8-10 hours to play a tournament is a bit much. Are there any plans in the works to reevaluate the length of late registration??

Y'all should add some sorta marker when a person is straddling. When multi-tabling I have several times called what I thought was a min-raise only to have the maniac re-pop from his straddle. Also, marking the straddler just lets us know that a probable maniac has joined the table.

I moved to MD

Hi, I was hoping the ACR Rep would be able to help me out with a concern I'm having. I have been a member of ACR for a little over a year now. When I registered I was living in West Virginia, however a couple of weeks ago I moved to Maryland with the intentions of playing more online poker. This morning my girlfriend reminds me that one of the sites I play on didn't allow Maryland residents. I had completely forgot so we looked it up, turns out MD is one of seven states not allowed to play on ACR. My question is what does this mean to me and my bankroll on ACR? I had been planning a big August with MOSS and OSS coming up but now I am concerned that all of that is a lost cause. Thank you for your time.

The Double or nothing pop up when leaving a game or tournament still pops up (on both laptops) even though the box is unchecked.

I know you can just hit no but when busting out of a tournament every once in awhile I just angrily quick click on pop ups and eventually I'm going to hit that double or nothing button. lol

It's also a risk when running multiple tables since the pop ups tend to be pretty small.

By any chance when you uncheck the "Enable Double or nothing" on table exit" you just click on ok? If you only click on Ok the change will not be applied because you have to click on Apply. Let me know if you still have issues so I can assist you.

After chatting with Jordan G from the live chat customer service for some time we were able to figure out that the information on their website is actually out of date and Maryland residents are indeed allowed to play. This was not only great news to me, it also brought the an error on their website to their attention. He seemed very gracious for the help on finding the error, and assured me that I was in the clear to play from Maryland. Since we hear a lot of complaints about the sites and not enough good I wanted to share my positive experience, thanks again ACR Rep.

My only question now is...I wonder if maybe they are gracious enough to reward me with a Main Event ticket?
