thanks, just to let you know ignition has probably they best double or nothings but it is autonomous, but it is the only 6 handed one that i know of... i still play on carbon for their double ups which are 10 handed (but they haven't accepted us players in years so i was grandfather claused in....

That was my point. Things get added to lists but are never acted on. Double and triple up SnG's have been suggested/requested for years. They DO NOT exist on ACR. They only exist on a very ancient document called the "list".

Better luck next time. I play these on their competitor's sites. CardsChat is the majority reason I play on ACR as well as several other long established freerolls. ACR does offer a generous amount of these every day.

Keep asking & suggesting. As players it is all we can do.

The players you are not able to see their city and country information is because their belong to one of our partners. Players that belong from the same network they can see their profile information but if they don't belong to the same network they will not be able to see that information.

Let me know if you still have the issue, please. By any chance, do you always have the application open or you normally turn off the computer? I'm asking this because sometimes players don't close the poker application and due to that, the poker application can't do the normal updates.

I still have the issue. ACR isn't working now even after reinstalling (it helped me every time before). And yes, I usually have the App open.

That could be the problem or an specific configuration on your computer. Let's try the following, first go to your browser and delete all the cookies and cache if you can. Then close the poker application completely, leave it like few seconds and then open it again. If you still have the issue, try to restart your computer and then open the poker application, if still not working, please let me know.

IMHO & experience...

ACR has been working for a while but once I closed the program I need to reinstall it again. 4th time this day. Deleting browser data didn't help a bit, nor rebooting the system. ACR is still showning me this useless piece of the main lobby. I'm helluva exhousted.

When ACR downloads & updates after I start it, it freezes after the update. No visuals & nothing happens. I ran my Process Hacker the first time it happened & the ACR process was still active but not doing anything. I terminated it through the Hacker & started ACR again. It worked fine. Any time it updates for me it freezes when done. Killing the process & restarting has always worked for me.

Also, whitelisting ACR in all of your active anti-malware programs & your firewall is a must to avoid connection problems.

Don't know if this helps but it is food for thought. My system is Win 7 premium Acer Aspire laptop.

Refer a Friend

I have some friends that play at other sites and I have told them about ACR and it's attractive promotions and offerings. ACR also has a good number of people that play the type of games I like, so that's another plus (although there is very little sit'n'go action compared to what I am used to at previous sites I've played.

My question and concern is regarding refer-a-friend. I asked (in online chat) about whether there is a promotion for friends, and they have said many different things, the most common being that it is being considered or "in the works."

Can you tell me whether there is really going to be such a program in the near future? I have at least three friends that are waiting for such a program to come into being.

You quoted yourself? Are you angry with ACR or CC or both?

You do realize membership & participation are strictly voluntary on your part?

Quality posts on a fairly regular basis fore access to thousands of dollars worth of freerolls seems reasonable to most folks. Access to the freerolls is immediate at one, increased at 25 then again at 75 posts.

If ACR is not your cup of tea then their are other choices available.

"hassel" is a subjective term. A little "work" for such big returns should not really be considered a "hassel". But, if you are unhappy, Then please be aware that the door coming in also leads back out & is not locked.
