You are kidding, right? Break out a dictionary and read the definition of "collusion". That will answer your question.Hi,
If my husband and I want to play in the same tournaments but we share the same IPS address is that allowed?
Thx
You are able to play in a MTT. If you want to play in a SnG or a headsup that's not possible, our security system will block the accounts and will not let you play on those type of games. Also in this case, both of you should have the accounts certify before playing as a normal security procedure. You can check here the documentation that you should send via email to security@americascardroom.eu
At a live table they are not sharing hand info as everyone else can see and hear them. On a break they can discuss whatever they wish. No live hands are being played at break time. You see conversation at live tables but not obvious colluding. How is that any different then if they enter the same tournament in a live Poker Room and wind up at the same table during play?
On TV I've seen people who are "friends" at the same final table talking to each other during breaks away privately. How can they let that type of collusion go on.![]()

Collusion and the attempt to collude live or online is cheating.
I've been on ACR for some time. I have yet to see a Freeroll. There is a tab for such available, but I have yet to see one. What's up with that?
Yep. That is exactly what I do. Tournaments, then Freerolls. It shows me a page with NO games.Look in the tournaments tab. There are sub-tabs under that and you will find the Freerolls. Has been there for as long as I have been playing at ACR.

Then I clicked on the All tab. That worked.
Been meaning to mention this. When you close the client now, it will open up my browser and navigate to one of your promo pages. Uncool!
Sometimes I close my browser before the client, just to have it re-open it again? Seriously, this is just so 1990's programming.
If you want to display a promo before closing, fine. Just do the promo like you do at the beginning when you first open the client. It is really infuriating to have my browser open back up again.
Thanks in advance, and hope you deal with this in a timely fashion.

I had to click the 'all' tab. Then the tournaments showed up. I sorted them by buy-in, so the freerolls are at the top.
How about of getting rid of those little 'you have successfully registered' windows? They don't give any sense of essential info since the tourneys that I have registered at are already mark with another color but they require an action (OK button) from a player. You always need to tap these OK OK OK. If you want some sort of notification anyway make 'splash' notification instead. I mean those that you are don't have to close manually, those that appear for several seconds and disappear by themselves.
How about positioning the Deal Me In button somewhere else than over the fold button.
Just wanted to let the ACR Rep know that I had a live chat with Anne in your support dept.the other day. She was great, she stuck with me until we figured out what was going on, Kudos to her !!!!
