Could you please be so kind and let me know which bounty tournament in specific?
There is no bounty tournament that I can find on your site so I’m not sure how to be specific about it I was more or less wondering if you had tournaments with bounties in them. I know there are other poker sites, unsure of which ones at the moment but if you would like I can get them.

I think if ACR would decrease entry on some tourney's and lower deposit to $25 or more they surely would increase traffic!!! on there site!
Yes you literally took the words from my mouth. I completely love ACR but the min $48.00 deposit is a little high for me. If it was a minimum $25.00 that would be much easier for a guy like me to play much more. Thanks though ACR for a great site!

Is there documentation about the software your company uses and/or a company quality control policy that your company has in place to ensure no software tampering.

On the Security and integrity section you will find the following file:

http://www.itechlabs.com.au/certificates/IGSoft/RNG_Certificate_IGSoft_WPN_250915.pdf

iTech Labs has confirmed the reliability and security of the random number generator (RNG) that the Winning Poker Network uses to shuffle cards on its online poker site.

Here you can read more about the iTech Labs Gaming Regulatory Service

Please go to the tournaments lobby, then click on All > All. After that click on the filter, make sure is not marked with a red check. Then write KO on the search bar. You should be able to see them.

The bounty tournaments are really easy to spot. They all have a tiny "B" icon next to the tournament name. This is similar to the OnDemand games which have special icon next to them.

The link to the PDF file for your certificate gets redirected to the iTech home page. There is no certificate at that link.

You are able to play in a MTT. If you want to play in a SnG or a headsup that's not possible, our security system will block the accounts and will not let you play on those type of games. Also in this case, both of you should have the accounts certify before playing as a normal security procedure. You can check here the documentation that you should send via email to security@americascardroom.eu

RNG Certificate PDF Link

That's weird, try to open the PDF file from here: https://www.americascardroom.eu/poker-customer-support/security-and-integrity/

The one that says "See the certification of Security..."

The link on your web page is correct. But, your previous link had a flaw in it.

On the Security and integrity section you will find the following file:

http://www.itechlabs.com.au/certificates/IGSoft/RNG_Certificate_IGSoft_WPN_250915.pdf

If you hover over the link you posted it will actually be pointing at http://www.itechlabs.com.au and not the PDF. Try this link:

http://www.itechlabs.com.au/certificates/IGSoft/RNG_Certificate_IGSoft_WPN_250915.pdf

Interesting! Because the domain I pasted was http://www.itechlabs.com.au/certificates/IGSoft/RNG_Certificate_IGSoft_WPN_250915.pdf (at the finale says "PDF" file, but when you click it redirect to the iTech labs page)

The one you paste it works perfect and is the same link! hehe that's crazy. Thank you so much :D !

How do i get hand histories and replays?

My replay button has been "frosted over" for about a week now, really sucks when I miss a hand or something.

No problem. Just so you know, you can accidentally make that link do that. Here is an extreme sample:

http://www.itechlabs.com.au/certificates/IGSoft/RNG_Certificate_IGSoft_WPN_250915.pdf

More than likely, you got the href and text portions of the link turned around or something.

If I have a BlackChipPoker account, should I not bother starting an ACR since they're the same? Just wondering because that's what I've heard. If it's ok, is there any advantage to being on both platforms?

No advantage to playing on both, but you can't play on both at the same time. Either one or the other. Also be aware that you will need to update your Profile at CC with your screen names for every poker room you are playing in.

While both skins share the same pool of players and MTT/Cash tables, the promotions they offer will differ. If you are going to make a cash deposit, review the promotions for both skins to see if you can get more bang for the buck out of one over the other.
