Hello. I have a problem with AKR I can not make my first deposit with Scrill. I can not understand what is problemma. appealed for help in support but did not understand the problem. maybe you can help me.
? Seems hard. And how can you spot whether a player is stalling because of tech problems or because of falling asleep?. I just have to play that one firstly. When it is the "freeroll storm" time (it's evening for me, I guess it's about noon in USA) there is freerolls going like a rain, I have to make some queue, some order. It could be a good idea to double up at one tourney and get a sitout to play others and then return. Damn it some of these freerolls just have to lead to the final table for sure. Hard to be that stupid to blow all of them at once.
Yep, sometimes it is really annoying when someone is lagging. But it happens not always because of inattentiveness, it could be connection issues or soft problems. I found an unpleasant glitch that can cause it, I mean cause auto-turning user's time bank. I saw that sometimes when you tap the sitout button at freerolls and then they take you on another table the next hand the button somehow gets untaped. New table = new rules. You are not a sitout boy anymore. Others have to wait these 90 seconds.
Maybe it's better to decrease this amount of time or not to let people use auto time bank on freerolls, it's not hard at all to take it manually whenever a player actually wants it. But how can you actually invent any possible penalty for freerolls
There could be ways to fix the problem but a penalty doesn't seem a good idea for me.

And there is another thing. When you are a freeroller you definetely try to play every possible tourney, not to miss one. It's more possible to win one if you play them a lot. Sometimes it's just a little bit hard to manage all these 20+ opened freeroll tables at different poker rooms. You totally don't mind to play them all, cause it's more likely you win one out of 20 than out of 3, but you focus on those ones where the main action is. Sometimes I don't care there the time bank has activated on one ACR table, but it does not mean I try to irritate someone, it just means there're pocket kings and an interesting hand on another monitor
Though, of cause I can understand that feeling of "play dumbass I can't wait anymore" situation. We all have been there.
I suppose it will be good enough whether to minimize time bank on ACR for a bit or delete the automatic option. I can be mistaken, but it's a rare thing on poker sites to have this huge time bank, it's usually about 40 seconds or less. If a player would play this hand he/she will do it no matter what and apparently won't try to wait these 90 sec. And, of cause, while moving on another table, this sit out button should not switch off by itself if I already turned it on.
I guess it would be a good idea to make a vote for the players to find out what timebank size they like to see on freerolls. Maybe there're a lot of people who disagree completely with this novation. Make a vote on the site and give a message to the freeroll chat for several days to receive a relevant feedback from as many players as possible. I would say I don't mind reducing time banks, but maybe there're some players against.
