This note is on the Rake back page and in the explanation above.

Please note that your rakeback payment will be calculated as follows:
[(Ring Rake + Tournament Fees) - (Bonus Earned out)] * 27%

okay then explain....

WHY is the bonus subtracted from the total rake?

All I am getting is people copying and pasting the same formula.
The question is why

Hi ACR REP - Any updates on new software, $0.50 SnG games?

Have a great 4th.

Sippy :)

Also, the top 20% in the freerolls should be paid? I seem to always be 11th- lol!!!

Sippy :)

Hi-ACR Rep - Actually, the prize structure should be like the regular tourney games as shown.

Have a great day.

Sippy :)

Because they are the house and that's the way they set bonus's up to clear.

San Jose, Costa Rica – July 3, 2018 – The Winning Poker Network (WPN) today confirmed that partner site Poker Host will no longer be part of the network as of July 31st, 2018.

The site, which operates independently from other Winning Poker Network card rooms and is not owned or operated by WPN, is ceasing operations.
“Over the last several years, we’ve enjoyed a great partnership with Poker Host and are sad to see them go,” stated Winning Poker Network CEO Phil Nagy. “We wish the team behind Poker Host nothing but the best of luck in their future endeavors.”
According to communications with players, Poker Host is expediting all withdrawals as soon as they’re requested by players at the poker room. All Bitcoin and Skrill payouts will be free of charge, with the normal fees applied to other payout methods.
Those who wish to continue to play on the Winning Poker Network can create a new account at a number of WPN sites, including flagship Americas Cardroom. The US-facing online poker site offers a Welcome Package for first depositors that includes a 100% bonus up to $1,000 (200% if using a cryptocurrency), 20 days of free cash up to $50, and a seat in all New Depositor Freerolls remaining in the calendar month.
Americas Cardroom is also hosting the high roller BOSS, their Bigger Online Super Series featuring over $3 million in guarantees from July 8th-15th. The site has also put together a solid Summer Tournament Schedule to coincide with the WSOP.
For more information on Americas Cardroom, visit AmericasCardroom.eu. To learn more about the Winning Poker Network, visit WinningPokerNetwork.com .

Sorry if some of these have been mentioned before (it's hard to read all the comments on this thread).

1. Show chat messages as a speech bubble so that you can see when there something to respond to when you have a different window open.
2. Show in the table view (not lobby view) how much time is left at a certain blind level and what the next blind level is.
3. The table view is almost unreadable when multi tabling on a single screen.
4. Allow configuring custom bet sizes. It always takes me a long time to raise 2.5x.

Thanks

I second all of these suggestions. They would all be welcome improvements to the software. Personally, number 4 should be top of the list. Please allow us to configure custom bet sizes, both preflop in terms of BB (no one really wants to bet 2x or 3x anymore but somewhere in between), and post-flop by percentage of the pot. This is the most frustrating part of playing on WPN. It takes too long to manually type in bets at multiple tables.

Hello ACR Rep.
I am new to ACR and would like to make a suggestion. In the Hi/Lo games it is very hard to see what the low hand was in the dialog box when multi-tabling due to the fact the low hand is listed from low card to high card, yet the high hand is listed from highest to lowest hand. (see below for example). It would be beneficial for players to see the high card listed first in the low hand so we can see what the player was doing. The hands disappear so quickly it is hard to catch the low hand before the next hand is dealt (specifically in 7 card hi/lo). I know there is hand review but that is cumbersome when multi-tabling.

Current format:
Player 1 wins high (.50) Two Pair. Kings and 4s
Player 2 wins low (.50) Low Hand (Ace 2 3 4 6)

Proposed format:
Player 1 wins high (.50) Two Pair. Kings and 4s
Player 2 wins low (.50) Low Hand (6 4 3 2 Ace)

Thanks for your time,
Todd

Hello. I have not yet installed the ACR.
But I have BCP.
Tell me, and freeroll games and other ACR activities are different from BCP. After all, this is one network, and there is a difference. Why?)

Hello, I already reported this glitch. The tech department is still working on it. Meanwhile, if that happens please go to the Sounds Settings and turn off the sound from there.

Hello, the promotions are a little bit different for each skin, for example ACR is the only one that has a Welcome Bonus package. However, Black Chip Poker also has a reload bonus. Both ones shares the same tournaments and cash games.

Just FYI, last time this happened this did not work for me. I had to mute my entire computer to make it stop

Hello, I checked with the tournaments department and the only one we see is one for the 7/14/2018. The $250 New Depositors Freeroll only takes place every Sunday at 12:05 PM ET.

Double & triple up S & G's were added to some list 18 months ago. I have no clue about your fast cash question.

Several folks & myself have suggested the S&G's you ask about. Nothing so far.

Welcome to Cardschat.

God bless. :)

Best Withdrawal method?

Hey everyone! Deciding to get back into playing online poker after a long time off and America's Card Room looks like the best choice. The only question I have is about the withdrawal methods. Which is the best/easiest/quickest? Any other great rooms besides ACR? Thanks for the feedback. See you at the tables

Has anyone seen this bug? The program opens but it's impossible to click on something, it's only main 'cash' window (by the way, I always wonder why ACR needs two different windows for cash games and tourneys to be shown for me, it's kind of inconvenient I would say). I have to re-open ACR time after time after time to make it finally work, and it's better to do it from the task manager. Sometimes, system reboot is the only thing that can help me out, sometimes, even reboot does not change anything. I don't even have a clue where is this error from. The support gave me some list of ideas of the possible causes, but this list is too large. I'm afraid it can take a lot of time to finally find out the real source of the problem. Maybe someone of CC members has ever seen somewhat alike, and knows exactly what I could do with this? It happens not often at all, but when it does it can take too much time to make the program work again (sometimes ACR doesn't work properly for 3 days or about this after making this bug). Really annoying. Windows 7 (and I don't care there is already 10). The error occurs especially when little 'Illegal operation error' window has already popped up and the program was closed because of this.

P.S.: I have the sound glitch too betweentimes.
P.P.S.: sorry if this info is already in this thread, I didn't read the whole topic.
