You mean your antivirus program is preventing you from downloading the ACR (Americas Cardroom) setup program? Just shut off your antivirus program to install it or create an exception rule in your antivirus program for the ACR program.

Btw, ACR and BCP are on the same poker network (Winning Poker Network). One last thing, ACR has a great sign up package, you get like 50$ of tournament dollars (over the first 20 days) when you sign up.

It's not about antivirus. My Internet Explorer does not allow access to links to this poker. And how to get around this I do not know. After all, at this poker there are other freerolls that are not the same with black chip poker so I would like to download it

Right now ACR is my favorite place to play just wish they had more freeroll qualifiers to big tournaments like they do sometimes bring more step tournaments.

Both of those items go without saying. But what if I want to wait until I get reconnected? This may be anywhere from 1 minute to 15. I do not need the "timeout alarm" after the inital 90 seconds. It would be nice if it just stopped beeping altogether.

However, this shouldn't be happening, I sent all the reports that you guys sent me regarding this glitch to the tech department. They are currently checking this matter.

Cool beans. Now I just need to get on my ISP's butt about their crappy service. Seriously, their intermittent up/down/up/down at all times of the day is starting to get really annoying -- not just for playing poker, but I have work to be done that needs that connection.

My only complaint with ACR is the late reg on tournaments. If you guys could lower the late reg of all tourneys to 3 hours or less it would be so much better for everyone.

That probably IS you anti-virus disallowing the links. Most AV software have a BHO installed on the browser to prevent links from opening. You need to find the BHO in your extensions, disable it, download, then re-enable it again afterwards. Let me know if that helps.

FYI, the main reason I don't play at WPN exclusively, is the way WPN deals with the clock. I highly suggest to WPN that they get rid of the auto clock option in Tourneys. Also get rid of the auto re-fill of a players clock at each blind level.

I haven't taken my laptop to a card room to compre, but I swear it sure seems that a live game would play faster than an equivalent WPN game.

When/if that happens I'll stop looking elsewhere for a game I can reasonably expect can be completed (with me getting HU) in a reasonable time frame.

Thanks for answers. I tried to go through other guides to download ACR poker, but there is still no access.
Antivirus is disabled. I myself am not a master in such cases, I will look for a computer expert to help me circumvent the ban and load the ACR. with great pleasure almost all the time I play on BCP. Cool poker.

I will look for someone who will deal with the problem with Internet explorers in my region. already wrote a friend in another city who promised to help something. asked me to name the ACR and described the problem. Can help .. I will definitely tell you about the results

Sorry i mis read the bonus terms. I thought it was a reload bonus when it was an initial deposit bonus. The next time I deposit though it will be on your sister site black chip. I can still get the initial deposit bonus there. what a shame though I deposited like $2000 thinking i was getting something i wasnt. If i would have known that I would have deposited at your sister site. Thanks for the help/concern though

I have a question, did you download the file from the website on your phone? It's because it's a web application, you only need to open this link on your mobile https://www.americascardroom.eu/ click on Play Now from Mobile and then just log in with your normal credentials.
