We understand your concern about the bad beats you may have experienced at our tables. However, our software does not have extra setting or anything of the same sort that could alter the outcome of the game.

Also, please keep in mind that our site does not benefit from any players winning or losing on our poker tables. In fact, we would like all our players to win all the time and be happy on our tables, but that is obviously not possible. Poker is primarily a game of skill and strategy, but since luck is also involved, there will be times when you will get a bad run of cards or players might also take advantage of the strategy they are using. It is not possible for us to manipulate the outcome of the games, and even if it were, we would not indulge in any activities that would compromise our integrity.

If you wish to report a particular hand or player you are also welcome to do so. Thus, feel free to email all the information to our Security team via email at: Security@AmericasCardroom.eu

Yes, that is how I interpreted the answer as well. It would honestly be better to give an explanation of why it can't happen, so people don't keep badgering for a change to something that never has a chance of happening.

Indeed TB have been removed, here some reasons:

- Prizes are cash!
- Players are allow to cashout their prizes since all real money is in cash.
- All remaining tournament bucks were exchanged into cash!

Please note that we are working on lower the points amount on the store to exchange them into different cash amounts, also there are some tournaments that allows you to register with points.

Thank you for responding to that. I was the person who brought this issue up. I'm pleased to see you have instituted $10 cash for 1000 points. This was done pretty quickly as well. I am very happy to see this.

Are deals ever available in ACR MTTs? I believe the answer is no, so my question is why is that the case? It seems in poor taste to not permit deals considering how steep the payjumps are for the final 3, especially heads up. The heads up game in the Sunday Million was for almost $100k, which I'm sure was exciting, but wouldn't it have still been plenty exciting if it were for $50k?

We do not want to close the opportunity for that to happen; rest assured we gather all our customer's suggestions because we always deploy our resources towards the general desires of our customers and check the possibility to allow p2p transfers within different skins in the future.

Although we are part of the Winning Poker Network, we do not allow them since we do not share the same accounting platform.

Our developers are working on having deals on the tables. However, it hasn't been implemented yet.

We already past your query to the techs to review on this matter again.

Really ACR? I ask your rep is he is still there after 6 minutes of inactivity on his part. He comes back and asks me if I'm connected. He then waits 4 minutes for me and terminates chat? I know it's crazy, but I witnessed a crime and came back in 5 minutes and was terminated from the session. It's only courteous for ACR support to wait for me as long as I waited for them. Also, asking for information you already have is annoying. There are two more screenshots in the next post.

I started another chat session with Allan, and they took care of it. He was very patient. I can post screenshots of that as well, but I think everyone will just take my word for that one lol.

I'm really sorry for the inconviniences. Good to know you got a good assistance from Allan.

First, I sent this matter to the Customer Service manager for them to take proper actions with Dash. I know he is one of our new guys however that does not justify his actions. We pay detailed attention to our customer service staff of course to provide the best poker experience.

Second, I also escalated the good feedback since good and bad comments makes us be better and also provide a better service.

I should have included this in my last post, but too late. I would LOVE to see some low limit HORSE cash games on ACR. I'm sure that wouldn't be high on the priority list, but it's a thought.

Just wanted to say your spin to enter thing is a pretty cool idea. Kind of like skipping a mega turbo 300 chip satellite. Just tried it out and got an entry at a tenth of the price in a second.

Playing in a tourney today, $250 gtd mega stack hyper turbo and I get disoconnectd. The connection can't be re-established. I wait a couple of minutes and check my connection. The rest of the internet works fine. I close the client out as I have not been reconnected. When I try to re-open the client, it will not open. It goes to the little popup you get where it checks for updates first and just freezes there. I'm disconnected from your client right now, see if this posts at 6:38pm EST

Ok I just got reconnected, and it took me to my table and says tournament is suspended by host.

I've been a member for like 1 1/2 yrs now but can't figure out how to do certain things & yes I've perused the FAQs. First, does this count as a post? How do I edit my profile? I can't even find it lol & do private messages count as posts? I guess I'll start there & hope someone can lead this blind out of the dark lol ty

Hi Megafied, check out the Introductions section. There are a couple sticky threads that should help you get started.

To answer your question about posts , yes, this counts as a post and no, a private message does not.

Yes, and anything really negative that you have to say gets deleted..I made some very negative comments about the site and they were deleted within like 10 minutes.

I would like to know when gameplay is going to improve. The graphics are decent enough and I rarely have issues with lag time (like on some sites).. I would also like some better promotions.

The Rep has been doing a great job in this thread. At first there were some issues and the rep never came around but when he/she announced they will be spending more time in here they've been doing great.

The rep has no control of what comments get deleted. If any comments are being deleted it's probably a mod removing ridiculous comments.

I only played 32 card poker once, but I was sad to see it go. I already suggested some mix games, so I don't expect a response here from the ACR Rep, but five card draw would be awesome.
