I wasn't getting sound at all, it wasn't only ACR. I fixed the issue so let me know if anyone needs a hand.

Putting a table refresh button seems like it would solve connection issues for those who have them. That should work in the cases that have been mentioned where you get disconnnected, but are able to reconnect if you notice it soon enough by closing the table out and re opening.

I see that tournament bucks are no longer available in the store. I hate to see this. I'm surprised I haven't seen more commotion about it. Is it gone for good? Now you have to save up like 4500 points to get $50. This is another blow to the small stakes player. 308 points used to get $5.50 in tournament bucks.

No, that's one of the more popular complaints people have.

Indeed TB have been removed, here some reasons:

- Prizes are cash!
- Players are allow to cashout their prizes since all real money is in cash.
- All remaining tournament bucks were exchanged into cash!

Please note that we are working on lower the points amount on the store to exchange them into different cash amounts, also there are some tournaments that allows you to register with points.

One big thing from yesterday. I tried this several times and each time had it happen. I wanted to play the $540 event and everytime i went to go to the tourney lobby it would load halfway and than the poker client would not respond. This happened at least 6 times and i even deleted program and re installed it and even shut down my comp and still nothing. So not too sure what exactly this issue was and if anyone had any issues trying to open up the tourney lobby at all and this happened.

I have trouble making deposit

I have been playing the ACR freerolls for sometime . I don't seem to be able to make any deposit using my Debit or my Credit card . I just refuse to have to pony up for any service to make a deposit then do the same to cash out . Where are all these people doing this ? By the way I have only cashed in 2 freerolls over like the last 6 months . Brutal to even get to final table .

The deposit method does not restrict the cashout method. Please note that there are other great options you can use to deposit without leaving your home.

I have never had an issue with my connection at ACR. I have had issues with a few other sites, but so far so good with ACR. I do have a major issue if I try to get into the sports book on ACR. Its awful and I won't bet sports on ACR due to it. I am sure that works in my favor though.

I'm wondering if one could easily move ones balances from BlackChip to America's Cardroom? I'm thinking of opening an America's Cardroom account but would like to transfer some balances from my BlackChip account.

I don't want to start over from scratch so is a in-house, so to speak, transfer possible? I've read through this thread looking for the answer but did not see it. Hope I didn't miss it. Thanks.

Good day,Although BlackChip Poker and Americas Cardroom are part of the Winning Poker Network, transfers from different websites are not allow. You can certainly make P2P transfers within the same skins.Regards, ACR Rep

Thanks for the quick reply, That's a bummer. If I did create an America's Cardroom account I'd have to start over from scratch because my BlackChip account is a different website on the same Network.

I thought the network controlled the bank and accounts of players on the network regardless of the skin they played on?
If so, it seems transfers from website to website would be easily set up if the Network wanted to??
In other words, Why is it not allowed???
And is there a possibility this may be set up in the near future????

I thought skins were separate businesses that shared resources through the network. If that is the case, I can understand why one skin wouldn't want to go out of their way to let you transfer money to another site; even if it were an allied skin.

If the network controls all the money, then I honestly don't understand the purpose of multiple skins at all.

Yes, that is how I interpreted the answer as well. It would honestly be better to give an explanation of why it can't happen, so people don't keep badgering for a change to something that never has a chance of happening.
