About last night... we are really sorry about the issues and we tried to have it fixed quickly, unfortunately it was an ISP problem, it was not directly caused by us.

Again, we are really sorry and we are working on fixing these kind of issues. All tournaments that were affected were cancelled and refunded.

if you have any discrepancies please send us a private message with your user information.

Yes, well, bitcoins are sketchy, aren't they? And after reading up on them, I could not help notice the ways to turn bitcoins into cash are just as sketchy.

So, this is so what I expected. You win, and it's uber expensive and difficult to get your money out.

What a crock. I understand there will be fess, but 60-65.00 for a 100.00 withdraw amount is just highway robbery. Bitcoins - might as well send me some magic beans.

Hi,

I'm an official ACR Rep and indeed depositing with Bitcoin is one of the best ideas you could ever have .

Bitcoin is the new neteller, because, you can deposit into Americas Cardroom within minutes and cash outs take less than 48 hours.

Also there are no fees involved when depositing/cashing out from/to Americas Cardroom using the Bitcoin

Bitcoin Deposit Limits

Minimum Single Deposit: $10
Maximum Single Deposit: $1,000

$1,000 per day, up to 2 transactions per day
$4,000 per week, up to 4 per week
$8,000 per month, up to 8 transactions per month

Bitcoin Payouts

Minimum payout: $50 USD
Maximum payout: $5,000 USD
One payout per day

please don't hesitate to let me know if you need any further information

Not sure what you've found sketchy or difficult about bitcoin. I use a site called Coinbase that let's me buy bitcoins using money straight from my bank accountand I can exchange bitcoins and deposit to my bank just as easy. There is a 1% charge on any buy or sell order.

Based on my experience I wouldn't say cashing out of ACR is "uber expensive and difficult."

Well, as I stated; 1 free draft a month. So fair enough. However, that's not an option on the conveniently provided screen for cashing out right thru the poker client. Thus the laugh at $65 to cash out $100.00

I'm just a very wee little fish amongst the rich grinders profiting at ACR.

Provided the client doesn't crash. Otherwise, great site. I'm looking into Netteller and Bitcoins.

Check Option

Here is my experience with the Check Option. Everything is fine from the ACR end. It took about 2 weeks to receive the check. I am in the States and it was drafted against the Bank of Nova Scotia. I took it to my local bank and after 4 weeks, the funds were in my account, minus about $52.00 in processing fees from my bank and intermediary bank and the Bank of Nova Scotia, even though the check stated the funds were in US dollars.

I will try the Debit Card route in the future.

Check out the ACR withdrawal card thread. The 345 card was in use when most of the posts were made, and now it's a capital card. I'm mobile now, but it's near the top of the deposit withdrawal section. Or just search it. Good luck!

I'm wondering if one could easily move ones balances from BlackChip to America's Cardroom? I'm thinking of opening an America's Cardroom account but would like to transfer some balances from my BlackChip account.

I don't want to start over from scratch so is a in-house, so to speak, transfer possible? I've read through this thread looking for the answer but did not see it. Hope I didn't miss it. Thanks.

Good day,

Although BlackChip Poker and Americas Cardroom are part of the Winning Poker Network, transfers from different websites are not allow. You can certainly make P2P transfers within the same skins.

Thanks for the quick reply, That's a bummer. If I did create an America's Cardroom account I'd have to start over from scratch because my BlackChip account is a different website on the same Network.

I thought the network controlled the bank and accounts of players on the network regardless of the skin they played on?
If so, it seems transfers from website to website would be easily set up if the Network wanted to??
In other words, Why is it not allowed???
And is there a possibility this may be set up in the near future????
Thank you again and please let us know.

Connection problems are a constant. I guess playing at ACR, you have to consider it part of the game.
