Hi guys,

we are sorry if you feel annoyed about the exit window. The programmers have on their to do list, the option for the players to turn it off.

The exit window is only used for special marketing stuff, like the Million Dollar Sundays, special tournament schedules, etc

At least every hand where the last player to act on the turn bets and gets a call or calls, and then the river is checked down.

Also, I hate where "wait for BB" is automatically checked if you time out and sit back in, without ever having sat out any blinds.

Does ACR use Netteller as a cashout option? And what would the fee be?

I have noticed that the shown withdraw options are incredibly pricy, apparently making it seem impossible for me to withdraw $100.00 - the fees are 60 (!) and the Debit card thing is not something I want to screw with.

Yes, well, bitcoins are sketchy, aren't they? And after reading up on them, I could not help notice the ways to turn bitcoins into cash are just as sketchy.

So, this is so what I expected. You win, and it's uber expensive and difficult to get your money out.

What a crock. I understand there will be fess, but 60-65.00 for a 100.00 withdraw amount is just highway robbery. Bitcoins - might as well send me some magic beans.

What is your objection to the debit card?

They send you one after you give them the info they want. You only have to withdraw from the WPN cashier to that card, but then almost any ATM anywhere will give you your monies.

But then, why are you withdrawing $100 at a shot? Use that to take shots at some bigger games.

Do not want to do the Debit card, read too many nightmares about the fees involved, including monthly charges continuing after you take out your cash.

After talking to customer service, they say you can get one free check per month. That works.

And taking shots at bigger games is what I want, only it's a live game I need the moola for.

Not sure what you've found sketchy or difficult about bitcoin. I use a site called Coinbase that let's me buy bitcoins using money straight from my bank accountand I can exchange bitcoins and deposit to my bank just as easy. There is a 1% charge on any buy or sell order.

Based on my experience I wouldn't say cashing out of ACR is "uber expensive and difficult."

ACR down right now, was playing 4 jackpot sng's and 3 tourneys...kicked me off, wouldnt let me back on for about 10 minutes and now all the tourneys are suspended.

Currently playing in multiple MTTs on ACR. Got disconnected from server even though Internet is working. Closed tables but then the lobby wasn't working. Closed and reopened ACR, but still not connecting. Internet working fine, ACR was working until 5 min ago. Please help.

Just got disconnected in the middle of Cardschat freeroll. Closed out of ACR client and now it won't let me start it back up. It's been about 5 minutes of "Checking for new version...".

Never had a problem with disconnects before. What gives now?

I'm getting long period of checking for new version and then when it does open says reconnecting for long time. Multiple people in CC freeroll thread reporting ACR crashing/down too.

FWIW, Sit & Crush and The Beast live tickers on ACR's website are currently not reading anything. No other indication of outage on website though.

Correction: website appears to not load any page other than first page you get when you go to the website via Google. Getting 504 Gateway Timeout. Homepage loads just fine though.

If they did crash or had a server update they will refund all monies in play or ICM the tournaments based on how far the tournament was in progress.

I wouldn't call them sketchy. I would say they are volatile.
