I am really disappointed in suspended freerolls. Trying to start a bankroll w/o depositing any money. Disappointed that under 'promotions', it is still listing 24/7 $10 freerolls. The twitter feed hasn't been updated for 22hrs and is just updating suspended tourneys etc....nothing else.
Right now I am trying to focus on tournaments online @ live. I have just under $6, which isn't much on a bankroll.

Didn't realize they were still advertising the $10 OnDemands on the main website.

As for their their lack of communication of late, it is slowing down to almost nothing. People are in the dark and wondering WTF is going on. I can understand having to come into CC with all of the lambasting they are getting and having to deal with it. Not an easy job, but for gawds sake at least answer some of the concerns we are having. No news, usually means bad news.

There are still lots of private freerolls on ACR. Look in the lobby, find the passwords on the internet, participate in this forum to get access to the daily freerolls and you'll be fine. No other US or Australian facing site has freerolls.

John_3_16 and I made it to heads up in the CC freeroll, then were hit by a DDOS attack which slowed things up. John went inactive but I was still able to play, decided to sit out in the interests of fair play.

I hear ya, Shek. Everything is locked up for me. And a lot of others. The $2.20 game is only a few hands in. Won my only attempt and was in 12th spot when it went down. Nothing but an alarm ever few seconds now.

My games are over. The $2.20 buy in was refunded and I received $20.19 for my share of the free roll. Top spot by chip count went to Shek I think. Last hand was awarded to him. Must have folded me when I timed out and he was still connected. Split was a chop based on percentage of chips.

yes but that was not my question .....
I was saying a pot like chips in the middle .. were being played for .The Flop came out. then my opponent bet ...... then I tried to make my action ..... then the time clock activated .. the extended disconnect clock .. then my hand folded 200k chips went to my opponent making my chips stack less than what it should/could be so I get paid for 700k instead of 900k or 800 if the hand was undone ... since the ability to call / bet /raise was taken away by the Disconected Server ....... so my chip pay out gets effected by server fail ? the hand did not reach the end ... .....got paid out 10 $ for the game it seamed fair enough but did the Crash effect my payout ...? I would have folded the hand ..but that's not the point what if I would have re raised ... I could not defend the pot I was involved in .... hopefully its not one I would win next time right

yeah its up one min and down the next. i stupidly registered for a tournament and wasn't able to click any buttons for 3 blinds so I just gave up at that point. i would be more than cautious if anyone is registering for a tournament be prepaird to have it canceled or lagg. On another note ive seen quite a few of the bigger tournaments get cancelled. Its apparent that this DDOS attack is crippling their business. Ive sent withdraw requests twice with no luck yet.

Please be so kind and confirm me your username so I can check the withdrawal directly with the Cash out department.

Its funny how the website works...cash games work...sng work....all things except guarenteed MTTs with huge overlays...so only the MTT tabkes are being attacked? You guys are straight up caught with your pants down on this one.. anyone who doubts your stealing from players at this point is a rep or a shill...so why does EVERYTHING except the mtts gtd's running smooth..u guys were under attack i thought...this might be better than any refund lmao

Hey guys any reason why you stopped the on demand freerolls?

as an Aussie I find it very hard to deposit onto ACR because of the limited options would love to know why the freerolls have been stopped?

It was due to the DDOS attacks.

I think its good to just suspend the tournies instead of people registering and playing for a few hours then get it frozen.

It's just a waste of time to keep putting a bandaid on a wound that obviously needs stitches.

I hope they get issues fixed so everyone can play without worry.

I'm sure alot of people are going elsewhere to play so just have to do extra stuff to bring them back and keep people wanting to play at the site.

Right now first priority should be fixing security.

As I said before, we are working very hard to stop this situation. I know guys these have been hard for all of us but I know we are going to stop this. I appreciate your patience.

Thanks for confirming, Shady Slim. If anyone wants to check it out for themselves, the On-Demands In-Demands are listed under the Sit&Go tab and are running regularly. Buy-ins start at $5.50. If you check under the Tourney/Freeroll tab, all other freerolls are listed as usual (CC, THR, TDD etc.) but On-Demand Freerolls are gone.

Perhaps ACR Rep can confirm? Have $10 On-Demand Freerolls been eliminated permanently?

As a technology based company these unfortunate events are the worst cost of doing business apparently. These are the business questions now, please push them up the chain for answers or let them serve as commentary...

After 2 weeks and a seemingly catastrophic reduction in income are you capitalized, and how many more weeks, months for if a solution is not implemented to overcome this permanently can you withstand and remain in business?

What are the motives of the attacks? Don't know, please guess.

Who is doing this to you? Don't know, speculate.

Are there any other breaches, exposed data of customers?

Has any enforcement agency, local, abroad, been contacted, and if so are they working with you, investigating this cyber warfare victimizing you?

Do you have a CTO, what is the status of your personnel on the front lines of the attack against your company?

Can't imagine what you're going through, can just envision it. The customers, your company, the industry is at the precipice of an enormous crossroad. Despite it all there is a deep love and loyalty. The moves you make, the words coming forth from you folks going into week 3 need to coherently make sense, or all that good stuff starts to dematerialize.

I just got back from running errands, seeing some friends etc... knowing that unfortunately, I would not get to enter any freerolls - EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE STILL LISTED? $10 24/7!?


I went back to log on and see whats what on ACR. I see that the freeroll status hasnt changed, I look further. I figure maybe I can play some micro states on-demand tournaments for .25-.50 to help get me started. I mentioned in an early post I am working with a bankroll a little under $6. I look around some more and lets see, at the low stakes level there are $5 & $10 on-demands and continue as you go up in stakes.

Now I am PISSED, you suspend BOTH the freerolls and Micro stakes on-demand, but at low stakes and up they are open?!? Well, I will tell you what, I am by no means a big stakes player and just getting back into tournaments regularly. I have played the Bike's 6K guarantee TWICE in 3 weeks and I took 1st place both times. I will be using that to bankroll several events at the CAL STATE POKER CHAMPIONSHIP held at the Commerce Casino. I usually try to casually engage players at my table etc... and typically talk about online play, good for the sport and more players the better. I usually include where I play and speak to the freerolls to get started etc..., the only place I play etc..., great variety of cash games, MTT, etc..., a wide variety of STAKES - no longer available for me.

So, I will now ASK YOU - ACR REP, now that your company has effectively taken way my access to play tournaments, how would you engage the other players about on-line tournament play at ACR. Please, give me some pointers and tips to discuss so I can give some positive feedback for trying to spend time and play on your site.

My first of many events starts this Wed 5/9 @ 3pm. I will give you to 1230pm (CA Time) to reply.

I like the new on demands nlh/plo8 freeze out
a bit slow going to reach min players but not to worry I know why

its too expensive

25$ deposit can play four holdem games or three PLO8 .. you have got to be super good at flips on your first day to make that work but it wont for most because of bankroll pressure

with the lack of options for many new depositors, free roll Champions, Micro Grinders and all the grandmas that will 4 bet shove in your face all day long in the 1c rebuy

what they want ..

10c 25.c 50c 75c 1.50 3.00 would be some good buy in I'm sure many would appreciate​

maybe some 18 man sit n go's that pay out 5 or maybe 6
aww hell pay out 7th 25% money back they will feel so good like chopping low

people just want to play

even if the servers crash these games will fill 2 minutes later .. and they wont rush here to talk about "are you frozen too " "did acr crash???" kind of stuff
