We have noticed that even though the poker client is up and running, some players cannot log-in. If this is happening to you, contact our CS dept via live chat ow.ly/qJOT30jQhD8 and provide: your username, ISP (internet service provider) and IP Address. Thank you.

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT:mad::mad::mad:

LOL last thing I am doing is clicking on a redirect link for support

Don't get me wrong I like Hootsuite but there is no reason for a CS department to give you anything other than a direct link

My client updated on its on. I then closed it and restarted again. It worked. Never had to chat with ACR at all.

That stupid shit where you close out and then reopen right away, seems to work, so stupid. What can we do though, we are captive to them. I can sit here and say oh **** ACR, but honestly what else is there, so for that reason, I will just sit here and pray.

Some of the earlier people saying this isn't worth their time are right on point though. Really have to work to earn back some trust for the players. Give us something ACR!!!

Website's down, client's down. How are we supposed to uninstall and re-install if can't download it from the site? 8:50pm EST.

9pm. Its up again. Let's see how long it lasts.

It lasted about 2 and a half hours. Private tourney I was in was suspended, then resumed. Another tourney was not affected. Both are still playing right now.

I heard from somebody that the cash tables were temporarily interupted. Can't verify that.

And one other thing. There are no On Demand freeroll/buyins on the schedule all night. CardsChat Freeroll actually finished along with some others. I did not hear of any being outright cancelled.

All the Super Users , Bots , and Conclusion that keeps getting worse and growing each day . Yes , were tired of being Cheated ! Just take the time and google Joe Ingram and Phil Nagy talking about ACR and what we all deal with !

Hey guys any reason why you stopped the on demand freerolls?

as an Aussie I find it very hard to deposit onto ACR because of the limited options would love to know why the freerolls have been stopped?

Hello to On Demand in Demand

https://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/160-000-added-on-demands-are-in-demand/

Good riddance to grinding through 1000+ players and bots for a meager $2.50 scrap.

I agree that slogging through such a big field for a $10 prize pool was hardly worth it, but On-Demand In-Demand shouldn't be seen as a replacement for freerolls. Unless I'm missing something, the minimum buy-in for these is $5.50 and they're turbos (5 minute blinds). Make sure you have enough of a bankroll if you plan to play them.

Seems like all sites are eliminating their own freerolls. Obviously they want people to deposit. Luckily, there are still a bunch of third-party freerolls on ACR (including CardsChat's) for new players who want to try out the site and for those of us trying to build a roll.

Important: Due to DDoS attacks, we have suspended some of our regular scheduled events to avoid players from having to go through issues. However, we have prepared the new on demands schedule for the On Demand- In Demand promo.

Okay, that just downright sucks. US players have limited options on what site they can play on, and now those limitations are being further limited.

And you are right, you are not missing anything. Minimum buyin is $5.50 for 5-minute turbos. FMR, if you think I can/will buy into that -- double points or not.

I think its good to just suspend the tournies instead of people registering and playing for a few hours then get it frozen.

It's just a waste of time to keep putting a bandaid on a wound that obviously needs stitches.

I hope they get issues fixed so everyone can play without worry.

I'm sure alot of people are going elsewhere to play so just have to do extra stuff to bring them back and keep people wanting to play at the site.

Right now first priority should be fixing security.

Thanks for confirming, Shady Slim. If anyone wants to check it out for themselves, the On-Demands In-Demands are listed under the Sit&Go tab and are running regularly. Buy-ins start at $5.50. If you check under the Tourney/Freeroll tab, all other freerolls are listed as usual (CC, THR, TDD etc.) but On-Demand Freerolls are gone.

Perhaps ACR Rep can confirm? Have $10 On-Demand Freerolls been eliminated permanently?

I found them listed under both the Tournament and Sit N Go sections just like old $10 On Demands were. Technically they were a Sit N Go in terms of needing 270 registrants, but had late registration which turned them into a tournament! :D

I play THR on weeknights, CC on the weekends (pretty soon on the weekdays). Sometimes I get into the THR Bounty tournaments from time to time.

Then there is the Jackpot tournaments every four days, which have disappeared from the schedule. Not sure what to think about that yet.

True. The new In-Demands are also listed under Tourney--All. And you're right, The Jackpot Freerolls are also missing. Guess we have to wait and see how this all ends up. Also hoping to be in the freeroll club soon. Thank goodness for CardsChat.

Just checked the Jackpot website schedule. They show one scheduled tomorrow (Sunday) at 18:30 GMT+1 (whatever that works out to be, time-wise, 2:30 EST ???)

Ditto the CC sentiment and some other friends.
