This new schedule shows us in the most direct and obvious manner that ACR is BROKE and needs to make money NOW.
They have reduced their server load much as possible to save money (read: $10 freerolls, cheap tournaments, etc), and replaced it w/ fast moving, instant money-making, on-demand tournaments that will make as much money as possible, quickly and repeatedly. They probably are hoping (praying) to regain solvency in this way, and do honestly hope to resume operations at normal in the future, but its going to be close, and they will almost certainly fail. Their business is a mess, and the only reason it could work before was because it was stupidly easy for them to make millions with very little effort; however, at the first bout of real trouble, we see how very, very little resources were invested by WPN into their infrastructure and customer service. Before, they had no reason for good customer service, because who cares if one jerk complains, probably a minimum depositor anyway, they were making money hand over fist, and the little guy could éo screw himself and who cares.
Now, when customers are leaving in DROVES, they are still going by the same model and doing absolutely nothing to keep us! This is a fatal flaw. They are so intent on grabbing money, they can not do anything else, not even work to keep their customers ON SITE, forget being happy customers, they arent even customers at all anymore! Lol!
They are counting on us not having any other options, but I for one am not depositing into this s*itstorm of a messy, s*it-spattered, money-grab of a needy mess. A low stakes MTT player has no business depositing on this site now, unless he/she enjoys throwing money away.

Couldn't agree with you more about having some of the micro-stake games back. On the other hand, I have been getting a lot more work done while I wait for some of my favorite private buy-in games.

I agree with you Shady, not being able to register into my favourite tournaments while I wait for the freerolls to start feels more balanced, then when acr inevitably crashes I can do other things for the day.
Still, I really do hope they get on top soon. People will return for the variety of games, the good customer service, etc. A few promotions once it’s fixed will sort it out.

ACR is working on it, everyone.
For more than a year every suggestion got the same answer. Passed along to appropriate department and it is added to the "list". By now, that is one loooong list.
Current pat answer is, "They are working on it, will have to get back to you.".
The evening free rolls shut down at exactly the same time every day and new game take their place 10 minutes later. Yesterday, only 2 of us left battling it out and freeze city. $2.20 buy in made it about 10 hands. This IS the new norm.
Anyone expecting or demanding more or the actual truth is going to be disappointed. Reality is right now. When you see it and experience it, then you know. You will only get platitudes until then. How about that word; platitude?
A platitude is a trite, meaningless, or prosaic statement, generally directed at quelling social, emotional, or cognitive unease. Platitudes are geared towards presenting a shallow, unifying wisdom over a difficult topic. However, they are too general and overused to be anything more than indirected statements with ultimately little meaningful contribution towards a solution.

These aren' t freerolls John. They cost .50 + .05 cents and start when 15 players have registered. Only 15 minutes of late reg. I am in one right now.

For 3 years on this money grubbing site I have been saying their servers are trash. Zero $$$ invested in infrastructure. And, no this isn't the first time this has happened. It happens regularly.
I've noticed in the past 6 months that seemingly half of my table is comprised of new sign ups. I guess their outdated cheap servers couldn't handle the load. I highly doubt the DDOS narrative.
Good business model though, keep the games going that pose no risk to revenue while continuing to lie to your "valued' customers.
I've played 60,000+ mtts online over the past 12 years on more than dozen sites and have NEVER experienced anything other than regular maintenance periods with the occasionally disconnection issue. But then again, I would guess that maybe upwards of half the player base wasn't old enough to play before black Friday so they don't know what a good poker site looks like anyways. Their just happy to grind away those free rolls in hopes of becoming the next mega baller.

$10 Freeroll just popped up now too under the freeroll tab (not part of the In Demand tourneys). Fingers crossed that this all lasts.

Well the freerolls are back, at least. I regularly make the leaderboard which enables me to try a couple of times to win a seat at the Live Cage thingamajig, but Im still not deposting w/out more MTTs.

Sorry! You had quoted my part about the On Demand games and I misunderstood. Apologies.
I have seen other people saying that ACR was down, but I and many others were all playing at that time. Maybe an isolated event for certain IP addresses? I don't really know, but one individual had to re-install the software to get back on. Something strange was going on at that time though.
Yep, noticed that too. Played one prior to a nightly game that I like to get into. I am in one now!
Bottom line is that ACR has been running smoothly for me for the last six hours. No noticeable problems, suspensions, or cancellations.

2nd WITHDRAW ATTEMPT FAILED now on 3rd
My second withdraw attempt for $3000 via bitcoin has been placed back in my poker account with no correspondence from ACR what so ever. I called support 5 times at least to verify that everything was okay with the withdraw and was told every time that it was going to be 100% processed. I even called this morning to verify one last time and the support rep told me that it would be processed by end of business. Well less than 2 hours later $3000 was back in my poker account with no correspondence, none... other than the 200 times i called and emailed and live chatted with support. I still cant get a clear answer on what the issue is.... good luck to anyone else trying to get their money because it still has not happened for me.
