Thanks and will do, I didn't think I had a problem with my backup laptop as it worked fine the last time I used that laptop to play on WPN, it had all the updates so I didn't think it was on my end due to that.

I noticed something and hopefully you can answer it. I deposited a few months ago with a credit card. Things went smooth so no worries. However, I noticed that if I click deposit now, there is no credit card option anymore. Did ACR do away with it, or is that still an option where I have to call? I like that you have crypto currency as an option as will.

I can get into the Tourney and ring screens, but both of those offer a scroll bar.

ACR is full of Regs. You have to bring your A game in the cash games.

Is there any way you can bring back the $3 OnDemand games you used to have? I believe they started after 8 players registered which is fine compared to the $5 OnDemands where it takes only 6 players to start. If you feel that the $3 and $5 OnDemand's are too close in buy-in then a $2 OnDemand would be fine as well. Much appreciate!

That new system is running Win 8.1 and I think it is as update as 8.1 can get. Intel graphics on the MB.

I just tried the same thing win my Win 7 machine and it looks fine. W7 is a laptop also using integrated Intel Graphics.

So you might want to update that ticket.

Guess that does work, now, but I recall them only being usable on the jackpots when I originally ran into this. I only thought about it today because I was cashing some money out.

I will say this about ACR, at least when I had my issues with them they did the right thing and fixed it. Now, when I decide to deposit funds somewhere they will get consideration when I do.:icon_flow

Just had a 1k withdrawal check bounce from ACR to add to the endless problems I've had with their site. Gonna wait and see how well it's handled before I make my own thread. I would suggest avoiding their check withdrawal option since I was turned down from two places trying to cash it. The third place I went to was my bank where they cashed it only bc I had the funds to cover it. Only to have the amount deducted from my account like 10 days later.

That's exactly why I refuse to keep +1k on any of them. They have a payout option to get a prepaid debit card w/ the funds on them but they want a photo of your license with your social security card, which is laughable.

Hello, you could use it in a tournament. Unfortunately, we are not able to turn it into cash.

Hi, we normally recommend to exchange the check on cashing places, pawn shops or Amscot, so you don't have any troubles exchanging it.

Remember that we do accept Bitcoins and more than +60 cryptocurrencies, this is the best way to cash out your winnings and only takes 48-72 hours maximum.

Also, we ask for documents so to make sure you are the owner of the account so we can send the funds. These are security procedures.
