Yeah would be interesting to break up the snc by limits for sure, might get some traffic back at them....most lb type promos are typically segmented via limits.

Now my question, why are there no longer any 3.3$ limit sng's?

Also any potential thoughts on changing the 1$ and 3$ on-demands to a 6min rather than a 12 min to kick off? It blows my mind that they can sit there and never kick off for hours but when they do all of a sudden they get like 30 people..........wish people would just reg in them and be able to get more of them running, so perhaps dropping the min entrants from 12 to 6 (like they are in the 5$+ games) would help accomplish more of them running.

I have gotton acustomed slightly to the software, although improvements are certainly needed and I'm sure many are in the works I think, and do enjoy playing there (and this is from a canadian who can play on stars/ftp/partypoker/888 etc) its just painful sometimes waiting for a game to run being in the micros especially and anything that could help boost some traffic or get games going quicker (like the on-demand change) would be great.

When multi-tabling if you close one of your tables the Poker client lobby pops up. Which can be extremely annoying when closing multiple tables as you need to minimize the poker lobby every time you delete a table.

No, on the 'Edit personal info' page the first and last name boxes are greyed out, but they are required... So I cannot submit the form

+1 for this too, I unchecked this box ages ago but it still pops up... Also, I've unchecked the box for promotions but they still show up as well. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm glad you no longer have to choose a buy-in method for freerolls :top:

I've tried two cashouts in the last few months and had enormous problems with each of them. The first time involved getting the prepaid debit card, and paying hefty fees. The second time, 2 months later, I find out the debit card is no longer valid. I can't take checks so I have to pay a $60 fee for a WU money transfer. The details they ACR sent me are no good and now I'm waiting 24 hours for them to find out what happened.

It's been 24 hours and they haven't even contacted me. 26 actually. ACR customer service is failing me miserably again. Seems like they don't really care.

We are really sorry about this situation, please send me a private message with your username so I can locate your cash out request and see with the support manager the isssue you are having.

Please be sure that we do the impossible to send the cash outs to our customers.

I can also suggest using Bitcoin, which is an amazing deposit and cash out option...

I sent you a private message. I'm interested in the Bitcoin option, but I'm totally clueless about it.

I chatted with support earlier and they said they would now have something for me on Monday. I hate to keep complaining but this is after they said they would contact me after 24 hours, and I waited longer before contacting them first. Then they told me to wait until Monday, at least another 48 hours. That will be 6 days since I got sent bad transfer info. This became so inconvenient I even asked for something for the trouble to no avail. I have wasted about $6 in gas and over 2 hours of time trying to make this happen and communicating with support. It wouldn't be so bad if my previous cashout wasn't so inconvenient as well and the fees both times so high. I understand I have problems with the checks that everyone doesn't have, so if you advise me there will never be a convenient payout option for me, I can move on. But for now I still want to have faith!

Where is a legitimate place to learn the ins and outs of bitcoin deposits and bitcoin in general? I would like an answer from the ACR rep if possible, and Cardschat members equally as much! Thanks! Anyone with bitcoin deposit, withdrawal, and turning direcly into cash experience would be awesome.

After all this, no one at ACR has contacted me. My $ is in limbo. I just sent the ACR rep a pm last night, and he got back to me today and told me they sent the info already------the original information. Can someone at ACR please remember who I am after 19 calls, chat sessions, and email strings? They pretend they don't know what I'm talking about every time. He said they were still investigating with their processor.

My PMing with the ACR rep today finally got this lined out I believe. They informed me the info was originally sent to the wrong country, but it has been directed and is ready to pick up. I tracked the transfer on WU site and it shows up now. They said they emailed me this information already, after some delay, but for whatever reason, I did not receive it.

Those wsop jackpots are totally stupid, and all u can do is lose or break even. Since in MOST jackpot games the prize is only 2x the entry, u stand a 33% chance of losing with a 66% chance of breaking even. Unless the jackpot spin is kind, when money can be made.

3 players and top 2 split the pot.

Not sure why they are labled WSOP Jackpot, I could find no unique description of the WSOP Jackpot games.
