Thanks, but it's not like that for every tournament. I have noticed it there sometimes, and it's missing at times. Also, only the tournament lobby updates the top 18 or so payouts. When I click on "prize structure", it never updates. If I want to know what anything after 18th place pays, I'm SOL.

On a positive note, one thing I like about the prize structure subsection of the tournament lobby is you can change the entrant pool number to speculate on how many places will pay out. High five on that one!

It may be the Re-Entry games that aren't telling you how many people re-entered.

What Carbon does is when a player gets knocked out and rebuys/re-enters it still shows them as knocked out but it adds their name again showing how many chips they have.
So you can see who re-entered and who didn't and how many times they did so.
I'm personally a fan of this for a couple of different reasons.

Also I was wondering if WPN is going to opt in to things such as sharkscope/OPR and all the other tournament tracking sites?
I think one site semi-tracks tournaments from WPN but it takes like a month to catch up and by then it's a month behind. lol.

On that Prize Structure page there is a drop down option where you can adjust the number of players. The default is for the beginning of the tourney. Find it and adjust it.

It's still incorrect. It gets the pay jump spots correct but it doesn't get the $$ amount correct.

True, but it can give us decent ideas about how many spots get paid, and if we are willing to do the math we can get a fairly accurate idea of the $ values, but not until late registration ends and all the RB/AO's are calculated.

So a spot may pay out $5 + 2%. Thing is that we do not know what that is 2% of, or whether it will be anything. It will often be nothing if it is a guaranteed tourney that doesn't cover.

I'm pretty sure WPN is having a decent traffic jump.

Unfortunately I'm also experiencing some awful connectivity/lag issues with the software. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yup - This happened to me a couple a days ago and I complained about it in here. I think maybe possibly with the Carbon/Merge scare they are having a traffic increase that they currently can not handle.

Orrr

It could be something else entirely.

Yes, I went to do a session of Jackpot games, but it was so bad I purposely dumped my $2 and left the site. Nature of the problem may be twofold. The server was obviously slow, one hand did not move into the next hand, and there were connection issues where my action did not seem to be shown very fast. Oddly, the chat was fine.

Just Starting to play om ACR

Hi
I just started to play om ARC and I am happy with the site is seems a little Basic but I guess it is just as good as any other I am not new to online but never really got serious. But I did play in Carbon Poker and lost able 150 because I was plying to Hi i got bored and now i understand
why I failed. I sometimes get very bored with just 1 table and like to play more tables so i need to have a bigger bankroll. I would like to be a good player online but i always have played Live Poker only. Of coarse not much of a bankroll but the micros will let me play within my means
I think 500 dollars is going to be my start of bankroll playing 2c 5c to start off. I also have poker tracker that i have to learn how to set
completely. Any helpful videos on poker tracker with the set up please feel free to show me the one that I can use.:deal:

Poker Tracker and Holdem Manager have Reps here too. Your questions on HUDS would be best asked here.

This representative is more here to hear our concerns and better their software and help members with certain things. Like withdraws etc..

You missed the point. I click it every time. I said I click it also. It doesn't update. I wish it did, then your advice would be good.

Edit: The part you are referring to is the "prize structure" section.

The software disconnects that are happening to so many lately are horrible. Told a friend about ACR a while back, he signed up recently. First thing he does is call me and say it freezes up constantly and the site sucks. I'm like, yeah, I wish you called me before you signed up so I could update you on how they have the worse software and servers in existence.

Just got disconnected from the $100 GTD R/A --$1/.10 buy in for about 5 minutes. The entire rest of the internet had no problem on "my end".

Edit: Got connected in time to bust out with KK vs K3 3 on flop, and running 3s for quads. It was great. lol

On your HUD question. I like Poker Tracker 4. It's very simple and easy to read. I'm lazy so I use the default Harrington Cash profile. It shows enough decent information without filling up my whole screen. Also if you double click on the PF (preflop) tab on someone's HUD info you can see more detailed useful information. For example how often does someone donk/check raise/float etc. Those are more advanced HUD stats, but great for when you don't know your villain very well. I also like looking at someone's aggression stat (AF). If their AF is really high, I usually feel their bluffing me in position on the river and I usually make the correct hero call.
---

100 buyins for 5NL on ACR should be more than enough.

I play with only 8 buyins at 5 NL on WPN. Then again 2NL feels just like 5NL to me. Only the blinds are bigger.
---
I also play on Carbon. 50NL and higher you will get crushed if you are inexperienced with HUDs. 50NL regular players usually play up to 200NL full ring. I rarely will hop in on the full ring 100 NL or 200 NL mid stakes, but I play TIGHT because I'm not good enough to play LAG against 100 & 200 NL regs.

It's the best freakin' thing since sliced bread!!!!! NICE....! It's so much easier to set up than one might think....it is super easy! The whole document-faxback send-a-check-thing....that's for the freakin' birds! I want my money and I want it now, a big chunk of it!....that's what BITCOIN does! I love it!

Some explanatory streams might help get more people on board!

According to their webpage explaining bitcoin deposits, it doesn't appear they charge any fee. The only fee mentioned is a "miner's fee" that your bitcoin Wallet service might charge. I don't have first hand experience making a deposit though, so I could be wrong.

Thanks. I'll have to look into it some more. I love btc and it would be a major motivator for me to play there.

Hi, Americas Cardroom doesn't charge any fees on depositing nor cashing out when using Bitcoin. the only fee involve might be directly by your Bitcoin wallet.

What is the average time it takes to clear a withdrawal or deposit?

Bitcoin deposits are put into your ACR account instantly, for cash outs it is taking 48 hours to have funds in your Bitcoin walltet.
