I've noticed that they is a glitch in the software when I'm playing the cash games. When it's my turn to bet pre-flop. I press the button, and it freezes up without a response, and I get timed out. I have to pay the BB to get back in , or wait for the big blinds to come back around. This can happen to me a couple times in an hour.

So, this future WSOP jackpot promotion, where three players all sign up and only one player loses while the other two move on, created some questions in my mind:

1) Suppose I've played for seven hours straight...always moving up and never eliminated...if I get tired at that point, will I be able to close out and continue play later?

2) Is it possible for all three players to win on the first spin?

What's it called anyway? SWOOP JACKPOTS? Or, JACKPOTS SWOOP?

I've not been able to log in at ACR (nor BCP) for some weeks.
When I could not log in, tried to download and install again, but clicking the download button times out before anything actually happens.
At first could not access the web site either, but can now, except for the download.

Hey sir maybe you can try this:
1-uninstall the program off your comp
2-turn off your anti-virus
3-download program, install, and run
4-turn anti-virus back on

Any chance you have a speed poker (like Rush, Zoom, Zone) coming SOON?

You could probably save a lot of hassle by going straight for 6 max, as all other versions at those other sites don't get much action.

Also there is an opportunity for WPN because Merge seems to have abandoned the micro stake non-HE tourneys, like HORSE and the Studs.
You could start these with NO guarantee. Horse players just want to be playing. Merge made the mistake of trying to force growth and offered guarantees that were nearly always a losing proposition. Don't bother with the guarantee. If only 4 players find them on a daily basis, they will spread the word. $2 and $5 buy-in's. Depending on how you present the games, they might grow faster, but speed of growth is not all that important.

I've tried two cashouts in the last few months and had enormous problems with each of them. The first time involved getting the prepaid debit card, and paying hefty fees. The second time, 2 months later, I find out the debit card is no longer valid. I can't take checks so I have to pay a $60 fee for a WU money transfer. The details they ACR sent me are no good and now I'm waiting 24 hours for them to find out what happened.

Please do not get frustrated. In time your payment will come through. ACR is relatively new compared to other sites, and they would hate to have bad publicity ruin the hard word they are doing for American online poker.

In a cash game if a player disconnects and returns (before missing the blinds) they still have to post or wait for the bb to play. Could this be fixed so as long as a player doesn't miss their turn to post (bb/sb) that they can come right back in without waiting or posting?

I sorta ran into this friday night, got timed out and when i clicked to be back it showed the button selected to wait for bb.... I was kinda like wtf but then unclicked it and was dealt in the following hand without paying a blind i'm pretty sure.

So did it actually make you pay another blind or just getting the button made you think it would as I thought it would with me but wanted to find out.

Anyhow just thought I'd mention, still a strange issue to even get it.

I chatted with support earlier and they said they would now have something for me on Monday. I hate to keep complaining but this is after they said they would contact me after 24 hours, and I waited longer before contacting them first. Then they told me to wait until Monday, at least another 48 hours. That will be 6 days since I got sent bad transfer info. This became so inconvenient I even asked for something for the trouble to no avail. I have wasted about $6 in gas and over 2 hours of time trying to make this happen and communicating with support. It wouldn't be so bad if my previous cashout wasn't so inconvenient as well and the fees both times so high. I understand I have problems with the checks that everyone doesn't have, so if you advise me there will never be a convenient payout option for me, I can move on. But for now I still want to have faith!

Where is a legitimate place to learn the ins and outs of bitcoin deposits and bitcoin in general? I would like an answer from the ACR rep if possible, and Cardschat members equally as much! Thanks! Anyone with bitcoin deposit, withdrawal, and turning direcly into cash experience would be awesome.

The site crashed and they canceled the 20k not long after it started. This is my understanding anyhow. it will be nice to hear something from the site

Yes, that would be a good problem to have but it would be a serious problem however. Hopefully the tech team can get it all figured out and prevent it from happening again whatever the issue(s) may have been.

Just paused my tournament for 5+ minutes due to technical difficulties. This looks to be a common thing these days. ACR you are going to scare away what little player base you have if this bs continues. Also they don't pause the blinds during these "technical breaks" which is stupid as hell.
