Has WPN fixed the issue where P2P only works if we use IE ?

Hello dj11 ! Our IT department is currently working on this feature, it will be added soon as possible. Sometimes it could work with other browsers, but at this moment you should set the IE as the default browser so you will be able to do the P2P transfers. If you have any questions or need help please let me know.

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could explain the sit in crush point system to me. There website is a little confusing, I am think the coma is suppose to be a decimal. So the highest sit in go or on demand tournament that is points is 9,00? is that $9 or $900. Just a little confused.
Thanks

Hi johnson1983 ! You will earn points just by playing Sit & Go’s, JackpotPoker Games or On Demand tourneys. It makes no difference if you win or lose the tournament. No matter what, you’ll automatically be ranked on our leaderboard so for example if you paid 9.00 USD of tournament fee ($100 +$9 tournament buy-in ), you will get 11.25 points (this example only applies for the Sit and Go, for the On demand you will get 22,50 if you pay 9.00 USD tournament fee ). And yes, that's the highest points you will get. If you need more information please visit our #AmericasCardroom official website by clicking here.

Haven't been playing long enough to 100% verify but it seems like the ACR rules are when everyone checks on the river, ONLY the best hand is show... ??? Why is this so?

Or if im wrong, how do hole cards get shown after everyone checks the river?

Hi Dwarf ! Our showdown rules protect the confidentiality of any mucked cards, basically is a particularity of our software. From the universal poker side rules, any player is entitled to see the cards that went to the showdown, but our software does not provide that option. So our official statement is that we do protect the confidentiality of any mucked cards.

#10 On Demand, Table 46 - No Limit - 20/40 Hold'em (6869971)

Started: 06 Jan 3:51 PM

entrants 632, Remaining 461, Running 4 Hours 51 Minutes, Level 4

Play started normally and continued until the tournament entered Level 4. Shortly after level 4 started gameplay simply froze for several minutes and then appeared to resume. shortly after hand # 814168920 started, gameplay froze again. Other players at that table were experiencing the same issue, gameplay had simply stopped.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for whatever issue to resolve and then quit, closing the ACR client completely in the process. Several hours later I decided to try another game. On starting the ACR client I was immediately taken to the table I had been trying to play on earlier. It was the same tournament as before, the same hand number. Nothing had changed.

Edit: I had that table open while writing this. A few minutes after I posted this gameplay suddenly resumed, although it seems that I am probably the only active player in the tournament, certainly on that table. If I am right, I will end up winning the thing simply by betting any amount on any hand, causing inactive players to fold unless other players resume playing

Edit2: Turned out that a number of other players became active again and play gradually returned to normal as the inactives were elimiated. Still, the oddest game I've been in

@ ACR Rep, I heard that SnG 2.0 will be available Jan 15th. Can you confirm or deny that time frame plus or minus a month?

Hi ekgbeat ! I know it has been a long wait but I'm 100% sure that the release is coming very soon. I don't have the specific date of the release but when I have it, I will let you know on the #AmericasCardroom official thread and also on our Americas Cardroom official website.

Hi lancel ! We recommend our US players use Coinbase, It's very easy to use it. On our #AmericasCardroom official website we have a very useful video of how to deposit with bitcoins, you can check it here. If you have any questions or need help please let me know.

No refund is needed because it was a freeroll. I was simply reporting a really odd experience in game
